7th Heaven Beach & Ocean Front Condo @ Sandy Hills

Our condo sits on the 7th floor corner directly on the beach. Our home away from home and not a five-star resort. It embodies the comfy lived in atmosphere so many laid back to island travelers seek. Feels like you are laying on the beach with the sound of the waves crashing. It’s on the north side of the building so you don’t get that extreme heat. Inviting front entry, leave the front door open to allow the sea breeze to flow through. Watch the sunrise from the balcony. Fully furnished open layout living rm, kitchen table fits 7, fully equipped kitchen full size stove and fridge. Fresh paint and new lighting throughout. The 3 bedrooms all with AC have views of the rainforest and the sunsets. The master has a full bathroom, large closet, TV with DVD. The middle bedroom has twin bed, with twin over full bunkbed. The 3rd bedroom has a new king size bed. With 2 windows looking at the rainforest or the ocean. Cable TV in living rm, wireless internet, coin operated washer machine and dryer communal on main floor of complex. A cart filled with everything you need for the beach located at the front door. Coolers, chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys, balls and snorkel equipment.
Sandy Hills is built on granite 100 feet above sea level. Beach feels like your own, to the east La Selva is an undeveloped undisturbed coastline. The river comes down from the rainforest and into the ocean allowing for that view changing every day. Leatherback Sea Turtles come to the shore and place their eggs which hatch in April, what an incredible sight. To the west is La Pared, top surfing areas on the island. Beautiful swimming beach and Luquillo Beach. Pool, kids pool, play area and gym onsite. Condo is fully secured with 24-hour security and inside parking space.
Luquillo is a historic beach town with an unexpected vibe. Still recovering from 2017 hurricane. Located on the northeast Atlantic Ocean side of Puerto Rico. Turquoise clear water and sugar sand beaches surround the area. Best surfing of the island at La Pared surfer area, rentals and lessons available. Famous Kiosks is within a mile where you can find local foods, drinks and shopping. Walking distance to coffee shops, breakfast, local cuisine and bars. Conveniently located 26 miles from the San Juan Munoz airport, 35 miles from historic Old San Juan. Tour historic forts, museums, shopping and unique restaurants. 22 miles from Ceiba where you can take the ferry to Vieques or Culebra. 10 miles from Bio Bay. Snorkeling, deep-sea fishing, horseback riding, zip lining, hiking and sailing. El Yunque Rain Forest the only rain forest in the US, 7 miles away. There enjoy hiking, swimming and a panoramic view on the highest point of the island.
Please note: The garage elevator is out of service. Best to drop luggage and others in party at the front door, of the east building, then head down to the garage space.
