Sebastian’s place was excellent for a short type of stay. Everything worked well and it was about a 15 minute walk to the main train station. It was also about a 20 minute walk to the old town. The only thing missing was a close boulangerie for our morning croissant. We had a lovely stay.
We had an amazing stay at Sebastian’s place. Located in a very safe great neighborhood very close to downtown, market squares and shops. The apartment is very lovely, perfect for a couple or solo traveller. We stayed for 2 weeks and would definitely book again. Sebastian and his wife are wonderful host! So friendly and very helpful they are super host! A
Really nice apartment close to the Bordeaux station. Close enough to walk to everything of interest. Apartment was really cozy and perfect housing for me and my family.
Nice stay, close to everything. Host was very helpful and paid parking too.

It has been nice hosting Mark & Cindy during their stay In bordeaux. I can vouch for them. They have been great guest. Hope you enjoy the rest of your trip !
Sebastian was helpful and we enjoyed our stay in Bordeaux. The apartment was comfortable for the two of us and was convenient to walk to both the train/bus station and the city center. We didn't use the kitchen as much as we thought, but it was nice to have a quick cup of tea in the morning before heading out, a place to have a quiet beer before going to bed and do a load of laundry before heading to our next destination.
Perfectly placed to access both the old town and the station. Clean and comfortable apartment. Friendly, helpful hosts. Would certainly stay there again

.All very good. We enjoyed our stay during the RWC . Close to centre and bar and shop and eating places. VG
A well equipped apartment in a residential area within walking distance to the center of Bordeaux. The local bus stop is around the corner if needed. Grocery stores and restaurants are all within a few minutes walk as well. If you are using the train, the main station is within walking distance. This is a great apartment to return to after exploring Bordeaux and surrounding region during the day. Sebastian and his wife were great to deal with, very friendly providing detailed information about the city and answering our questions. Thank you for making us feel comfortable in your home of Bordeaux.
I stayed here for a month in June and truly felt like a local. The apartment is beautifully remodeled with a smart layout and thoughtful extras—plenty of towels, extra bedding, and surprisingly high-quality cookware (some of the best pots and pans I’ve used in a rental!).The space gets full sun most of the day, which keeps it bright and cheerful, though it can get a bit warm. Just a heads-up: the stairs to the loft bedroom are a bit steep, but manageable.Location-wise, it’s excellent. About a 15-minute walk to the train station and 30 minutes to the main tourist areas downtown. There are multiple nearby bus lines, and city bikes are easy to grab. One of my favorite discoveries was the small, non-touristy square just a few blocks away—full of charming bistros, bakeries, and coffee shops.Sebastian and his wife were incredible hosts—always quick to reply and very respectful.Recommend this place if you’re looking to experience Bordeaux beyond the typical tourist path.

Cannot fault the apartment nor the charming host. My flight was a little late and Sebastien was at the door waiting for me to give me a quick tour of the apartment despite the late hour. He also provided me with milk and some pastries for a quick breakfast, which was a lovely touch.
A 10 minute walk from the station and a 5 minute walk to the amazing Capuchin market made this location perfect! Bus routes and the metro all nearby as is a local bar and small convenience store.
Apartment is next to the host so if you need anything he is there, it is so nice to know the apartment is managed and looked after by the owner. The apartment is reasonable in size and with very fast internet, a smart TV would be a great addition to the apartment (I was there for the rugby so saw a number of games on the TV). The bedroom is up a narrow flight of stairs and might be a challenge for someone who is a little unsteady on their feet. I was fine with it.
Typical for Bordeaux, it was quite hot and rained at night. Apartment was warm and a fan was available had I needed it.
This is the type of place I would return to and is very good value for money.
The location was good, the family was really nice, however, l had the following issues:
1) Landlord promised to pay 2 days of parking, he didn’t pay any, and I ended up paying €100 in tickets due to his delinquency. When I mentioned it to the landlord, he ignored my message.
2) The couch was very uncomfortable and so hard that it gave me some back problems…
3) the fridge had an ice cream in the freezer that has been there for maybe months, and I couldn’t remove due to the accumulation of ice
4) the landlord was so cheap with the cleaning products, he left me like 5 squirts of hand soap and another 5 in dish soap, and maybe literally 10 sheets of paper towels, while I was planning to stay for a whole month…
5) The property was not as clean as I was expecting…
