Family time

House was well appointed and suitable for a family group. Only downside was the communication prior to our stay. On the day of our arrival the communication was good but up until then it was difficult to get information

Disappointing

Extreme difficulty receiving communications from Stayz and hostess. Outlay of the total amount 5 months ago was inappropriate and never experienced before in holiday rentals. Check in time was supposed to be 4pm. When I requested earlier check in as family began to arrive at 8:00 am it was initially refused. No communication until late afternoon prior to arrival. Despite numerous attempts from me. When my daughter arrived early morning she was thankfully told extra cleaners meant they could arrive soon GOOD!! Property on the main busy road was disappointing in house level. Property very well equipped.. didn’t match surrounds.
