Lovely and comfortable house with all modern amenities. We were a family group of 10 celebrating my 80th birthday and we had a wonderful time. The kitchen facilities were excellent. The host was available for any queries and he was extremely helpful. We will certainly go back.

This house is beautiful, it has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Our big adult family came for a wedding and then entertained the day after at this house. Big bbq outside sheltered entertainment area. Plenty of space and rooms for everybody. Kitchen was big and well stocked for cooking and entertaining. Big dining room table for us to sit around. Highly recommend this property and owner. Thankyou for a lovely stay.

Cool hangout and great location

This house has everything you need to enjoy some fun and relax time with friends & family. The main house has a great feel to it and is interesting with its high ceilings and clever little nooks. The separate, well equipped bungalo also worked well for our large group. We loved hanging out on the deck sitting amongst the funky lighting and water feature. We cooked our own meals in the main kitchen which has everything you need (including a huge stove oven & dishwasher) and also on the bbq under the deck. It’s a short walk to some small local shops and a 10 min drive to Port Arlington (the bakery and mussel cafe are a must). The house was very clean and tidy. Highly recommend.

Great for families

This Clifton Springs house is fantastic for families. We went with extended family and this house suited all our needs. Granny flat out the back was brilliant with our older kids while the younger ones stayed in the house. House is well appointed with smart home tech to make things easy and fun to use. The outdoor entertainment area is fantastic with lots of seating. Excellent bbq area for those balmy summer nights. Great little touches with a welcoming gift was much appreciated. Simon (host) was great to deal with and answered all queries promptly. Made sure we enjoyed our stay and had lots of suggestions to enjoy our stay in the local Bellarine area. Short drive to some great beaches.

Beautiful place to stay

This place is very spacious and beautiful with a gorgeous backyard where the kids can play and have lots of fun. All the essential are provided along with wifi which gets rid of the hassle of overpacking. The bungalo is great for the kids and makes it a lot better for a large group. The kitchen is nice and spacious with a large stove making cooking a lot easier. It is also located in a beautiful area, port Arlington which is just walking distance. This place is highly recommended and will be the highlight of your holidays.

Why they chose this property

I looked at hundreds or properties looking for that something special, and I found it inside and out with 6 Bayshore Ave Clifton Springs. On entry to this house, the 6.5 high meter ceilings creating a feeling like that of entering a chapel, and that this property is anything other than mundane. You know this to be true on walking into the backyard, where you are greeted by the rock emplacements, exotic mature palm trees and water feature , only for it to transform yet again at night when it is adorned with green features lights. And yet there is still another surprise, a fully self-contained, stylish and well-appointed dual residency unit that sleeps 4 with kitchen, lounge and full bathroom, where you realise that attention to detail and a sense of luxury, with the Italian marble benchtops and custom marble/cypress coffee table and lamp table, and top it off with quality leather lounge and of course Netflix on the TV. No expense has been spared to provide a comfortable escaped where you appreciate your place in this world when you are immersed in exotic surroundings. All a few hundred meters from that beach and a boat ramp exact 1KM away on the same street.
