Why they chose this property
I looked at hundreds or properties looking for that something special, and I found it inside and out with 6 Bayshore Ave Clifton Springs. On entry to this house, the 6.5 high meter ceilings creating a feeling like that of entering a chapel, and that this property is anything other than mundane. You know this to be true on walking into the backyard, where you are greeted by the rock emplacements, exotic mature palm trees and water feature , only for it to transform yet again at night when it is adorned with green features lights. And yet there is still another surprise, a fully self-contained, stylish and well-appointed dual residency unit that sleeps 4 with kitchen, lounge and full bathroom, where you realise that attention to detail and a sense of luxury, with the Italian marble benchtops and custom marble/cypress coffee table and lamp table, and top it off with quality leather lounge and of course Netflix on the TV. No expense has been spared to provide a comfortable escaped where you appreciate your place in this world when you are immersed in exotic surroundings. All a few hundred meters from that beach and a boat ramp exact 1KM away on the same street.
