About this property

Home Base is a beautiful waterfront home on the Public side of Lake Anna. Sip your coffee as you watch the sunrise from an open concept home that is in a perfect location on the lake. From this home you can walk to the Lake Anna Boardwalk which offers mini golf, beach volleyball, Tim's Restaurant, Moo Thru ice cream shop and so much more. Less than 10 minutes from Dickinson's Store & Food Lion. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, new furniture, comfortable beds and large eating areas to accommodate everyone. There are two extra refrigerators for plenty of storage. The basement has a ping pong table, foosball table, poker table and plenty of extra space to hang out. Spend your time on the deck, patio or large dock that offers deep water and step in swimming. Three kayaks and life vests for you to use during your stay. Enjoy a trunk full of games, toys and puzzles inside or a firepit and cornhole outside. Wireless wifi internet and Roku TV. Home Base - start day Saturday with a 7 night minimum during the summer season. Two nights during off-season. - No Events Allowed

Great week

The home was fabulous. It was very clean and met all of our expectations. We enjoyed fishing from the dock as well as some kayaking. There was a very minor issue with a kitchen appliance and they quickly sent someone out to resolve it. The views of the lake are great. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful lakeside home

This home was welcoming, well-appointed, and very well-maintained. We enjoyed the layout, roominess, and comfort. And the view was stunning! Not to mention that it's also close to the Boardwalk with shops, dining and waterfront activities. We highly recommend this home for your next vacation--we will definitely return!

Home Base - name says it all!

Was very convenient to lake, restaurant, ice cream, and tube rentals. My family had a wonderful time catching up and getting out on the lake. Home Base was so convenient to amenities and day trips to the surrounding area. We would definitely consider returning to Home Base in the future.

Relaxing

We stayed here for our summer family vacation. It was a nice large house with room for everyone. I’m t was quite for the most part…..more boats on the weekends. During the week days there were less boats. The house totally met our needs.

Beautiful location

I was nervous when we picked up the keys and the property manager told me it’s been 2 weeks since the last complaint for this house. Beware, the plumbing is very sensitive. We were ok but had to plunge the toilet a couple of times because the plumbing was so weak. We were told not to shower and run something like the laundry at the same time. This made the trip a little stressful. Other than the plumbing, it was wonderful. Very steep hill to get to the dock. The view is absolutely stunning!
