The location of the property is the best. Within 2 miles you have everything you need (Golf, beach, grocery, restaurants playground for kids and more). The property is big enough for a family of 4.

Great proximity to the beach & beach club which made for very easy parking. Quiet neighborhood. Apartment was in a very peaceful area right on the Shipyard Gold Course. We would 100% stay again.

Nice location for the price

I loved the community in which this property is. Near to coligny Beach and one private beach access. Communication with property manager was excellent. Only Con is that property is on the end of community so additional walk for the beach. We used car to go to near the beach parking. But it was a great experience:)

Property was extremely dirty

While we enjoyed our time at the property, we were very upset at the lack of cleanliness in the kitchen and in the bathroom. When we reached out to the manager, she assured me that once I had some sun on my face, we'd be fine. She did offer to send the cleaning crew back, but after moving all of our stuff in and wanting to enjoy our vacation, I told her that I would send photos and we would clean in order to use the kitchen. The knife block was so dirty that if you put a clean knife in, it would come out dirty. Plates in the cabinet had food on them. The walls in the bathroom and the living room had blood or some sort of pudding finger prints and the upstairs bathroom did not appear to have been cleaned at all. The kitchen had stains running down the cabinets and the containers stored in cabinets did as well. We survived off of staying out of the kitchen for more than ice and to use the fridge. Also, the property does not offer a full coffee pot, just a Keuring. Be advised. One of the upstairs bedrooms had a squeaky and uneven floor and an some sort of monitoring system outside the entrance squealed and flashed all night to keep raccoons and other animals out of the garbage. The property manager followed up on our last day of vacation to tell us that we could check out later as compensation for our troubles, but with an 8 hour drive in front of us, that wasn't something we could take advantage of. All in all, if the place had been cleaned properly, we would have been fine with the place all week. Because of the condition of the kitchen and bathroom, we didn't trust that the sheets and linens were clean, so we spent our first evening of vacation cleaning anything from our beds and running the dishwasher so that we could feel like plates and utensils were at least sanitized. This isn't a property problem as much as it's a property management problem.

We followed up with the homeowners after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: -We collaborated with our Guest Contact who reflected back on your text communication and shared with us what occurred during your stay. -We did offer to have our cleaning team come back, but you declined and we understand your reasoning. -We've replaced that toilet seat that was faded from the sun. -We've since deep-cleaned the kitchen and bathrooms. -We also purchased an additional coffee maker, so there is a Keurig and Mr. Coffee for guests to use. -We do like to extend a later checkout time when we don't have new guests checking in later that day. We are sorry you couldn't stay a bit longer. Thank you for your feedback, and we're glad you could still enjoy your time at the property.

The property was just as pictured. It had lots of space for our family and great location. The only trouble we had was at the gate when trying to get in. The guard didn’t have our parking pass and she was VERY rude! Overall great stay!
