The Getaway Perth Hills

"Everything is better when shared." That is the amazingly simple vision we had at the beginning. We feel grateful that we have got the fortunate to own this property in Perth Hills-Roleystone. We name this property “The Getaway” in the meaning of escaping from the busy city life to enjoy moments of peacefulness. Every piece of furniture and decoration is dedicatedly selected, and they have so many stories to tell. In the Getaway, you could not only enjoy the amazing hill view from the porch, the patio, the balcony, the swimming pool(nearly 360 degree), but also it offers you full of character and privacy you could imagine. We are writing our stories here as a new lifestyle and we believe all this peace is worth being shared. We hope this place becomes a place that you could also write your Escape stories, and all these stories or stories-to-be will achieve our vision:

A very niche little getaway tucked away in the hills. A lovely feel to the place and the host Paul could not have been more helpful The pool was crystal clear and beautifully maintained.

Not pet friendly. No fencing. Rotten fruit in bowl. No milk for coffee. Had a fire which smoked out the whole cottage and had to sleep with all doors open to clear it, so all my wedding clothes smelt of smoke. Place is tiny.

Great hosts and very nice location

Checkin did not work as expected- (due to Stayz processes- which is why it's only a 3*. ) But both Paul and Abel did all in their power to make things still work, Both are extremely friendly, helpful and generous - so all of the family ended up having a great time. Thanks Paul and Abel

The place was beautiful and the owner guy was lovely but the lady for the bookings was very strict on early checkin. 3pm check in and check out 11am is pretty crap and even on request they would not allow early check in. Cant see how it would take 4 hours to clean 1 x house unless someone trashed it. wish i had a tv as the wifi was not great my phone just would not connect. Everything else was amazing so thank you.

Getting away from it all at "the getaway"

What a total escape from city life! Surrounded by nature and birdsong. Old and quant but so comfortable and clean. We especially loved our night in front of the open fire and the big comfy bed and pillows. Would highly recommend staying here!
