The house features a recently renovated kitchen, Central AC/Heat, Fiber Wifi, 42" Smart TV. Nine beds upstairs which can comfortably accommodate 10 people.
The house also has a decadent outdoor shower.

East Quogue is a destination for fresh food and the beaches are renown for their beauty and surfing. In terms of food, EQ has one of the only two fish markets on Long Island (Lighthouse Seafood - formerly Cor-J) that sells fish caught same day, the Densieski farm stand sells produce picked same day on their farm and Sonny's Prime Meats is known throughout the Hamptons for their unparalleled steaks and other meats. There's also the New Moon Cafe, Goldberg's bagel shop, Sakura House sushi, well provisioned wine store, massage parlor and a couple of low-key bars.

During the summer season, non resident beach passes can be purchased at town beaches for $40.

Healthy, low-toxic environment. The linens are cleaned with Seventh Generation brand laundry detergent without perfume and the household cleaning products are non-toxic products as much as possible. Organic fertilizers and weed control are used on the lawn.
