The property is located in Wilberforce, 5 minutes away from all your required necessities. We are approximately 10 mins from the historic township of Windsor and 1 hour from Sydney.
Please respect the 11pm noise curfew

Minimum of 2 night stays is required

Booking information:

- Accomodation cost is per guest, must enter correct number of guests which will be staying including children.
- Strictly no guests allowed for day visits. Please add guests to booking.
- No pets allowed.
- Linen is supplied for 12 guests only. Towels are not provided. Please bring your own towels.
- Extra cleaning fee applicable to house and linen if required.

The Destination:

Manns River. This magnificent property has something for everyone. With your very own private boat ramp on the property, beach access, resort style pool, large entertaining area with BBQ and many other features which will not disappoint.

- 3 x bedrooms with queen beds and 1 bedroom with private ensuite.

- Fully equipped kitchen with all kitchen necessities.
- Living room with a large lounge and television with Netflix.

A nice get away

Great venue. Outdoor area and pool is fantastic. The house is a great layout. Easy to clean. Plenty of beds. We really enjoyed the stay. I will come again in the future

Patterson Family Stay

Location is perfect however you should be a little clearer about the fact that you and the family or other located at located at the waterfront as it’s uncomfortable for house guests to just make themselves at home down there. The kitchen requires a review of all cutlery, dinner sets pots pans etc. there isn’t adequate kitchen supplies to prepare cook and present a meal. Maybe consider ensuring there is cups and glass wear for all guests (only enough coffee mugs for a few at any one time) pots have no handles this is dangerous. Sliding Doors all need maintenance as so hard to open. Internal doors all squeak and wake guests up in the night. There is a strong smell of mould throughout the house - maybe leaking into the roof cavity?? Or between floors. The black chairs in the lounge room are all perished and really need to be thrown out. The lounge and carpets need dry cleaning - we found a card stuffed in the lounge from 2002! The pool needs daily maintenance as ot gets debris and is super mouldy (quite dangerous) The outdoor area fills with water and won’t drain away - slippery and dangerous. The downstairs toilet leaks and needs to be fixed. On a positive the beds were super comfy. I don’t think it was worth 10,000K in the state it’s in. Good luck with the repairs and facelift. Once done it will be a cracker property.

Weekend Skiing

Property was extremely clean and tidy. We spent many hours skiing on the river, kids swimming in the pool and adults sitting around relaxing and drinking.
