Breakers West B5 is a nicely updated two-bedroom/two bathroom vacation rental condominium located along highly sought-after West Gulf Drive in Sanibel Island. Our condo features over 1000 sq ft of living space with a private screened lanai, full kitchen, spacious living area, and even a washer/dryer in the condo. The master bedroom suite has a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom, while the guest bedroom has two twin beds and a full bathroom nearby. For additional guests, we offer a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. Breakers West is just one building with its heated pool and sits behind the Waterside Inn on the Beach, which allows for easy beach access just walking through the property to the sand. Once on the beach, you can see our world-famous sunsets and collect a seemingly endless amount of shells. We include beach towels as well as a starter supply of guest amenities for each stay. Our second-floor condo has an elevator service or stairs and has just one parking spot.

Instead, we’ve partnered with VayKLife to provide you with a credit toward beach essentials like chairs, umbrellas, coolers, wagons, and more—so you can pack light and still enjoy everything you need for a perfect day at the beach. While some of our homes may have beach gear on-site, availability varies, and we cannot guarantee specific items will be provided. With VayKLife, you get to choose exactly what you need, and they’ll deliver it right to your door for added convenience. Your booking confirmation includes a link to VayKLife’s site, where you can browse their full selection and easily redeem your credit.
