We enjoyed our time here. Very spacious condo. Convenient location, short walk to the beach. Beach wagon, chairs and towels were provided. ROC Park is near by. Great place to walk around, enjoy the water views and the pier. Heated pool is right near the condo. Having a grill was an asset. We enjoyed having coffee on the patio every morning.

We had a great time during our stay. The condo was very close to everything we would need and only about a 5 min walk to the beach. It was spacious enough for our family of 5 and right across from the R.O.C. park which our family loved. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice property - our second visit to this unit. Clean, close to the beach, lovely pool and friendly neighbors. One suggestion would be to have comfortable chairs on the outdoor patio. Hope to return again!

Great spacious condo that’s a short 5-10 min walk to the beach. It’s within walking distance to restaurants, Winn-Dixie and CVS. The pool is only a few steps away. The condo is in a quiet condominium. It was very relaxing. Overall great experience and would stay there again.

Perfect location for our Spring Break family vacation!

We loved the location of this condo with plenty for our family to do. The pool was within steps along with basketball courts and of course walking distance to gorgeous Madeira Beach. The condo itself was very nice and comfortable! Our kids asked to stay there again. The only thing we would ask is for more quality type beach towels as there were only 3 beach towels available.

Great for a family trip!

We have stayed in various properties around Madeira, and this one is a gem! It was clean upon arrival, easy and clear check in instructions. We did not hear the residents above us, nor any other traffic. Close to the pool and an easy walk to the beach! The bedroom and bath was perfect for my two kids. Beds were comfortable.

Wonderful accomodations!

We had a wonderful stay at the Madeira Beach Yacht Club! The condo is in a great location on the property, close to the beach, restaurants and shopping! The unit has been beautifully updated, well equipped with everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay- comfy beds, nice appliances, beach chairs and sand toys. Property manager very accessible and quick to respond to any inquiries! We enjoyed it so much we have booked again for next year! Thank you!!

My family and I stayed here for a week and had a great time. It was extremely convenient that there was a park across the street and a grocery store close by. When I got to the airport I discovered that I had left a tablet and my keys in the condo. The team was extremely responsive and got the items mailed out for me. I would highly recommend staying there.

Spent a great week in this condo! Clean, comfortable, quiet, nicely updated unit. But the best part is that it is so easy to get everywhere from this location- from kiteboarding at the Skybridge to many golf courses in the area. Lots of things to do nearby! Local dives as well as fine dining within walking distance! Hosts provide a book with tips and all things in the area. Will definitely be back.

Wonderful property

We stayed at this property for a girls getaway to celebrate a recent college graduate and it did not disappoint. The property was as described and we did notice the owner made improvements based on previous reviews. The unit was clean and ready upon our arrival, is beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The weather was extremely hot during our stay so we enjoyed being steps away from the pool. The unit is conveniently located within walking distance to the beach, grocery store and several restaurants. Would definitely stay at this property again in the future.

The condo was perfect in every way! Large living space, room sizes and 2 great bathrooms! Location was excellent! Close to the bigger pool and a short walk to the smaller one. The condo had an enclosed lanai and a huge outdoor patio with dining table and chairs and lounge chairs. I would suggest a table lamp in the living area. I’d rather have that light on at night than any of the ceiling/fan lights. The beach wagon and sand chairs were awesome to have for the days at the beach! Everything was in walking distance! Perfect place to spend a perfect week!

Wonderful stay

-Great location with the pool nearby and a short walk to beach with crosswalks. -Very clean property. -Our family really enjoyed our time together at this rental. I would recommend this rental/condo area to others -just enough cooking pans to be fully equipped -easy checkin/exit process -provided beach chairs and items were a very nice touch -wonderful enclosed patio space My only minor requests: - to have toilet paper holders installed. No one was fond of the lose paper roll moving around at will. -update the reception office content. My packet stressed the need to wear pool bands that would be left for use and to make sure they stayed or a fine would be applied. Only one pool band was onsite and it didn’t seem like an issue but I was worried at first when going to the pool. -We we’re worried about a parking ticket since the office wasn’t open on our Saturday arrival. The office or book should say if they are closed on weekends and not to worry about it. We picked up our pass on Monday but we were concerned if we were going to have issues since we met guests with ticket warnings.

Great place to stay close to the water

We’ve always stayed on the gulf but decided to try something different by staying a couple blocks from the water. This location is great. We are very familiar with the area. Everything we needed is right there. We didn’t have a car and didn’t need one. We walked to Johns Pass a couple times. If you walk the beach side it’s a much easier walk although the street side has a lot of little shops, bars and restaurants so we did both. The condo was perfect for my sister and I. Each got her own bedroom and bathroom. Washer and dryer are nice to have. Condo was comfortable and decorated nicely. Kitchen had everything we needed. We like to eat in so it was perfect from the dishes to pots and pans. Having the pool only steps away was a bonus. Only negative was, like most rental places, it needs a deep cleaning. We would have done some of that if water pressure from faucets would have been better. Water pressure in showers was fine but from faucets, it was basically non existent. Fans in bathrooms are so full of dust, they are doing no good. I would think this would be a simple fix only couple times a year. I would definitely stay here again. Love the location!

Property was just as described. We enjoyed it! Easy walk to the beach. Beach wagon and chairs good. Beach umbrella could use an upgrade tho. Beds were adjustable which was nice. We did have to call maintenance bc bedroom TV wasn’t working. Turns out many things were unplugged due to hurricane the week before. Maintenance came out very quickly and got us all set up.

Great Experience

We had such a wonderful stay at this property. The description of the property was accurate and exceeded our expectations. My traveling partners were three 18 year olds, for their senior trip before heading off to college and another Mom who flew in a couple days later. We did contact the property management on Sunday that there were only two beach towels, no pool bands, and top of blender was missing-he responded within a couple minutes and arrived Monday with all items and stated that the office said pool bands were not needed at this time. Office was closed on the weekend, however had no issues with parking and picked up parking pass on Monday (you must provide photo ID to pick up). The walk to the beach is 7-10 minutes, however we worked smarter and not harder and loaded all items in back of SUV and drove to public access - where we unloaded. Some days we drove to beach and parked the car 3.00 per hour, other days we drove car back and parked it after unloading. Very grateful for the beach cart and extra beach chairs, pool noodles etc. We added some pool floats to your stash ;). Thank you for sharing your home with us, we hope to visit again.

Updated condo, great location!

My husband and I, as well as our teenage kids, thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The unit was updated, the kitchen well equipped, the beds felt new and firm, there was extra bedding as well as plenty of towels and beach towels available, and we loved the 2 couches to provide plenty of seating. The unit also had a couple of beach wagons, beach umbrella, sand toys, and we left a boogie board for future beach goers! The unit was very close to the pool, but far enough that it wasn’t noisy. The walk to the public beach was very easy and it is also an easy walk to the nearby Winn Dixie. We spent almost every evening eating at restaurants at Johns Pass, which is a mere mile away. My only complaints with the unit would be it does not come equipped with any dishwashing detergent, and when we got there, the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, requiring me to run to the store right away. You will also need to grab laundry detergent and maybe extra toilet paper/paper towels. The supplies are sparse. Also, they state no pets, but I strongly believe the owners must have a dog, due to a small amount of dog hair and my son struggled with allergies. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay here, we loved Madeira Beach (there is plenty to do for all ages!), and we would definitely return for another stay at this condo!

Madeira never disappoints!

The Yacht Club is always our preference for our annual stay in Madeira Beach. This condo was beautiful. While it says no pets, the owners of this condo have a dog and our visit followed their stay. We called the management company and they offered their services to reclean. We had already bought cleaning supplies and done the work but if you're allergic you might note this. The kitchen is well equipped and the location is second to none. Pools were warm and clean. This condo has tons of sand toys, coolers, sand wagon and chairs to take to the beach. The gas grill was well maintained and we used it regularly. Their is only cable hooked up to the TV in the livingroom. If you're not technology savvy, the bedroom tv's could be a bit challenging. Overall, fabulous stay and great accomodations.
