Living spaces
Built in 1888, Sunny Side Cottage blends vintage character with everyday comfort. Inside, hardwood floors and a crystal chandelier add warmth to a living area with a leather sectional, reading nook, and TV with Hulu (guests are expected to provide their own credentials). A dedicated workspace and Wi-Fi make it easy to stay connected, while air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating keep the home comfortable year-round.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for home-style meals, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and hot water kettle. Gather around the dining table for breakfast before exploring the city or linger over dinner after a day spent wandering cobblestone streets.

Sleeping arrangements
With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, the cottage sleeps 6 guests comfortably. Each bedroom includes soft linens, extra pillows, and storage space. Bathrooms offer a bathtub, hot water, and bathroom essentials for a relaxed stay.

Outdoor living
Step into the private backyard garden, a grassy open space perfect for unwinding beneath the palms. The covered front porch with rocking chairs offers a peaceful spot to enjoy the breeze or an evening drink, while a patio or balcony provides another quiet corner for downtime.
