You can hear the ocean and smell the sea in this very large, renovated beach house with an ocean view and short walk from Smiths beach but away amongst bushland. Upstairs is ideal to relax, entertain your friends and enjoy the views with cathedral ceilings, wood fire and huge ocean facing deck with BBQ and dining. Downstairs is a rumpus room for big or small kids and outside has room for boats or boards. Ping-pong, X-Box, Wifi, firewood, and Netflix are included. Contact us to remove 7.5% levy.

Recently renovated in Hamptons style with new super comfy beds, large double bedrooms and plenty of room for big and small kids to roam. Also includes a desk, monitor, mouse and keyboard in case you need to get some work done.

Winter getaway

This was perfect for our yearly getaway with a large group of friends. Enough space for the kids to run around. Great to have the fireplace on a cold winters rainy/windy day while still enjoying a nice view from inside. Highly recommend!

Excellent holiday at Smiths Beach

A wonderful large holiday home with all the contents you could wish for. Well appointed kitchen, large living areas and great decks. Comfortable beds and tastefully renovated bathrooms. A lot of thought has gone into making this a perfect choice for a wonderful holiday on Phillip Island.

Girls weekend

We had the most fantastic stay at this property - 5 old friends who have an annual get together. The house was spotless, the beds extremely comfortable and every little thing has been thought of. We were so comfortable!! Thank you Jeremy - I really hope to stay again!

Getaway

Had the most amazing time, booked for two nights with friends. The space was way more spacious than we thought, massive rooms and entertainment areas. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils/pots/pans, massive plus with the dishwasher! Would defiantly recommend this stay, the beach is an easy walk and very close to the corner store!

Great little break with family

well equipped short stay holiday house

The home was very well located, had some of the best facilities and had a very good selection of cooking items. The only thing I could suggest is that the step to the back yard and cloths line have a new top step tread as it is quite dangerous with such a small tread on the top

Great place to stay

This was an amazing experience! The beds were very very comfortable, the towels were soft, fluffy and generous. The whole house was lovely and clean and contact with our host was quick and efficient. The fire place was huge and heated the room really well and there was plenty of firewood provided as well as loads of kitchen supplies. There was also some lovely welcoming chocolate which us girls devoured! Would definitely stay again - thanks Jeremy

Great place to stay!

I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay on Phillip Island. The house can accommodate large families/friends with a range of amenities, including a well-equipped kitchen and modern entertainment systems. The proximity to the beach was a definite highlight, allowing us to enjoy leisurely walks along the coast. Away from the hustle and bustle, the tranquility of the area provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing holiday. Communication with the host was quick and efficient. Overall, it exceeded our expectations and provided a memorable Easter getaway. Highly recommended.

Ideal for a large family

This is a lovely property with plenty of room for everyone. The property is generously appointed in particular the kitchen. This is the best kitchen we have had in a rented property. All the rooms are large so you feel very comfortable from the moment you walk in the door. There is a huge deck around the back half of the house where you can sit and relax and enjoy an ocean view. The property is also a short walk to the delightful Smiths Beach. I couldn’t recommend this property enough. We hope to revisit again

Great beach stay for large groups!

We loved this accommodation and it was perfect for our weekend away with friends. The location was amazing, with a view of the ocean, and a short easy walk to get to the beach. The house was very spacious with plenty of bedrooms and living areas that were perfect for a large group. The kitchen was also very large and well stocked which made cooking easy. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The only issue was some of the doors are a bit misaligned and hard to open/shut. The only other minor negative was having to take our own linen. It was a bit strange, and would prefer if it was just provided (would be happy to pay the cleaning costs). However these minor negatives were definitely outweighed by the positives and would definitely stay there again!

Our stay at Jeremy's beautiful home was everything and more! Two separate living areas, a well equipped kitchen, beautiful bathrooms and spacious bedrooms this place has everything a big group could need. The fireplace was great for the chilly nights. The BBQ was perfect and the deck to relax on after a long day exploring had beautiful sea views on one side and rolling hills on the other. Our two small dogs settled right in straight away and loved the property. Will definitely stay here again, thanks Jeremy!

This was my second time staying here - the first was a girls trip and this time was with my family. The house is lovely - so warm and cosy with the fireplace and multiple split systems. The beds are very comfortable and Jeremy’s communication was excellent. It is in such a great spot - easy walk to coffee and beach. Thank you Jeremy - we hope to stay again soon

Amazing serene location

From the moment we booked for our pet friendly stay Jeremy the host provided brilliant communication to ensure that the moment we arrived we could settle in. The house is well appointed, fire place was wonderful for the winter stay. Rooms were clean well kept and bed was very comfortable. Only a quick stroll to Smiths beach and a cafe the same. Perfect place for a relaxing holiday filled with beautiful views, wildlife at your doorstep and games to keep you entertained on a rainy day if you don't feel like streaming something. Highly recommend

The house was ideal for the 8 of us with space to spare and reasonably close to all the local attractions.The rooms were well set up and amenities provided were excellent. The rain kept us indoors some of the time but the games provided kept us occupied.

We are from Melbourne and enjoy getting down the to Island to relax, surf and swim at the beach and enjoy the local restaurants. Hosting allows us to share good times and promote the local community who are all just so friendly.

Why they chose this property

We have been going to Smiths Beach as a family for years and just love the timeless vibe of the area. The beach is very safe, patrolled in Summer and is just gorgeous. We have taught most of our younger relatives to surf here and even some adults.

What makes this property unique

The house is recently renovated and has everything you need such as a very large fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, air fryer and large oven as well as a huge ocean facing upstairs deck. The deck is perfect for admiring the views and listening to the birds whilst sipping your morning coffee, cooking up a storm on the executive BBQ, or sharing a meal with friends at the outdoor dining table. During colder weather, the Coonara wood heater provides a perfect focal point to relax on the couch and watch a movie on the large TV or mix up a drink at the bar. And being just off the main street in a quiet part of Smiths Beach you are only a short walk from fresh coffee or the beach but never amongst the summer crowds.
