Beautiful Beach House in the Heart of Town

This beautiful vacation home boasts style and sophistication and is nestled right in the heart of Coolum Beach, an easy flat 500 metre stroll to the patrolled beach, shops and surf club.

With enough room for large families or groups of friends to enjoy, guests will love the modern kitchen, open plan living space and alfresco dining adjacent to a sparkling in ground swimming pool. An arcade machine is within the property, which has 60 games, including Space Invaders, Galaga, Frogger, and Donkey Kong!  So much fun, a time waster and cheaper than the regular arcades!

The contemporary design includes the open plan living and dining space as well as an additional TV nook or kids retreat, while the huge kitchen is equipped with premium appliances and breakfast bar – perfect for communal meals. Relax and unwind poolside where you will find a BBQ available for your use as well as an outdoor dining table and sun umbrella.

Guests are accommodated in four fully carpeted bedrooms, one king, one queen and a double plus a generous bunkroom overlooking the pool. Two luxury bathrooms and a fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer complete the floorplan.

Additional features of this fabulous property include ducted air conditioning, ceiling fans, complimentary Wifi, Smart TV and a fully fenced yard.

Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Guests are asked to smoke outdoors only at all times.

Golf weekend away

House was in an incredible location, close to bars, close to the beach and the golf courses. We had a great weekend and never had any complaints with noise, we didnt go to bed at 9pm either. Would definitely stay here again.
