Overall it is a wonderful house. We loved the room set up and cleanliness. Having 2 refrigerator and dishwashers was a gift! Being able to walk out to the beach was great. Furniture was in great condition and there was ample seating

No communication or fixing the issues

We stayed for 10 days. The pool table didn't work and we called you from the beginning. You sent someone out they couldn't fix it. After tons of tries of calling you. About two days left my kids uncle went up and looked it . He was able to fix your pool table. Second, the Jacuzzi didn't work. After many calls you never got it working. Constantly we would try to call you with no help. But, before we talk with someone we had to wait about 20 minutes. It just made it very frustrating. It's like Elliotts didn't care about us and just wanted us to get out. They don't look at the people that are paying money for a place. It was cold and it would've been nice somedays to use the Jacuzzi.

Thank you, Travis, for the review and feedback. I do apologize about the pool table and issues with the jacuzzi. Please know that we were working on our end to get the pool table and hot tub working for you. Each call you made in was documented with the time and the Homeowner's Maintenance Vendor was contacted,. Every call about the Hot Tub was also immediately followed with a call the the Homeowner's Pool Company. We were trying our best to get those things taken care of for you. I also want to apologize about the call waiting time. I assure you it was not deliberate on our part. We did have a lot of guest in during the Easter Week and our phone lines were very busy. Every available staff person was answering the calls. I understand your frustration. However, I hope you know that we do care about our guest. Each one is of extreme importance to us. I hope in time you will understand and allow us the honor of serving you again.
