This spacious, well-appointed two-bedroom cottage is nestled in the dunes at the edge of Anchorage by the Bay. Enjoy amazing, unobstructed views of the water and Provincetown on Cape Cod Bay and incredible sunsets.

Enter a nicely furnished main living space with living room, dining area and kitchen. Open and bright, this space has panoramic views of the bay, multiple sliders, a vaulted ceiling with exposed beams, two ceiling fans and a ductless split unit air conditioner. The living room has comfortable seating, a large flat screen TV with cable and WiFi and a gas fireplace. The well-equipped kitchen has stainless appliances, granite countertops and an island with counter seating. The dining area, next to the kitchen, has a dining table and ample seating.

This single-story, free-standing cottage has two roomy bedrooms, two bathrooms and hardwood floors throughout. The first bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, gas fireplace and ductless split unit air conditioner.

The second bedroom has a queen bed, ductless split unit air conditioner and full sleep sofa. The washer and dryer are conveniently located in the closet of this bedroom.

The cottage's two bathrooms are off the main hall--one bathroom has a combination tub/shower and the other has a shower.

All living space, bedrooms and bathrooms are on the first floor. Loft is not accessible (not for tenant use).

Relax and unwind on the exclusive-use deck overlooking the bay. Cook up dinner on the gas grill and enjoy meals on the deck, or just sit and enjoy your morning coffee, a good book or a glass of wine.

Follow the Anchorage boardwalk to the bay beach--less than 400 feet away! Spend the day at the beach lounging, swimming, kayaking or beachcombing and wash off the sand and salt under the outdoor shower (not enclosed) by the deck.

The property is conveniently located on the shuttle route into Provincetown. Leave you car in the parking lot and head into Provincetown for a day and/or evening of fun at the town's many restaurants, galleries, shops, night clubs and museums. All the best of Truro is only a short drive away including golf, restaurants, tours of Highland Lighthouse and wine tasting at Truro Vineyards. Short drive to National Seashore beaches, biking and hiking trails and sites.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
