OUTDOOR SPACE:
- Large, outdoor patio with loungers.


LIVING AREA:

KITCHEN: Fully stocked chef’s kitchen has all top of the line appliances and features. Coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, blender, Ice maker, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, freezer, and microwave.

BEDROOMS: (3)
The Beach Central B sleeps 10 guests in comfortable beds. The 3, large bedrooms all have Smart TV's.
- Pac and Play and high chairs on site.
- Premium Air mattress available for a $25 delivery fee.

BATHROOMS: (2)
All bathrooms are provided with a starter set of toiletries and plush towels. A hairdryer is also available.

INTERNET: Highspeed and wireless throughout.

GUEST ACCESS:
- Large front patio with BBQ, table and chairs and chaise lounges.
- The personalized self check-in instructions will be sent three days prior to arrival.

CLEANING:
- All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety.
- Starter dishwasher pods are provided
- Washer and dryer with a starter set of laundry pods provided.

LOGISTICS:
- Check-in: 4:00 PM.
- Check-out: 11:00 AM.
- An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing.

TV's: All of our TV's are Smart with access to log into your favorite streaming channels.

MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE:
- Weekly Landscaping service usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays in the morning.

GARBAGE: The city of Hollywood removes garbage every Monday and Thursday morning. We provide three garbage bins on the side of the house. We ask that you please put out any used garbage bins in the front of the driveway Sunday night and Wednesday night prior to collection. If you could please bring the bins back by the side of the house we would appreciate it.

PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in the termination of your reservation along with additional fees. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us.

PARKING: Parking for One (1) car is included, parking for a second vehicle is $25/day. (Maximum 2 cars)

PETS: No pets are permitted at this location.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: ValGal isn’t responsible for any package delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out.

The host is very good at communicating and responding to issues, and we had a great week! The location is perfect - a 2 minute walk to the Broad walk and the beach. (although the "beach view" in the listing is a bit of a stretch). We had a few problems with appliances (one toilet and the fridge) but the owner seems like they will be addressing those and shouldn't be a problem in the future. Of the 8 places we've stayed in the area over the past decade, it's our second-favorite so far and we would stay here again.

The property is located in an amazing location. It has a nice sitting area (tables/chairs and loungers) outside. The property overall is in good condition as shown in the pictures. The only thing that would have made the stay a little nicer is some beach chairs, warmer water in the shower and having the couch cleaned.

This was a great spot. Just off the boardwalk behind senior frogs. Which was terrific. The accomodations were good as described. It is on a one way street and can easily pass the entrance to the parking lot, so go slow and park behind the building. Once you see the blue building pull in. We will likely rent there again

Great Location

We had a wonderful time so close to the beach, restaurants, shops. The only issues we had was that the doors in the rooms are old and were in questionable condition. One of the sliding door in the laundry room fell off the track but it’s clean,and comfortable for a family with kids! We would stay there again:)

Great place to stay

The place was beautiful and very comfortable. Proximity to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants was a minute’s walk. My suggestion is to have more sheets and blankets as this home can sleep 10. We had 10 persons and there was not enough sheets and regular bath towels. Another suggestion is to have long mirrors to facilitate doing our makeup and to get dressed.

mid-winter vacation

Great location! Couches need to be thrown out they are nasty dirty stained and one you can't sit in. One dining room chair is cracked and will pinch you hard if set in. Shower slide needs fixed as it will slide open while taking a shower. Floor was filthy but they let us in early so cleaning crew might have been rushed. Besides all this we would stay here again as location is excellent. A few twerks, new couches replace dinning table chair and clean floor would give 4 stars maybe 5

A lovely beach vacation

The apartment was as described, as close to Hollywood Beach as one could get. The unit was clean and bright and provided beach chairs, towels and umbrella which was a big help. We had trouble accessing the unit on the first day and had to wait several hours to finally get a locksmith in to fix the lock, ValGal customer service was helpful although the wait was an issue with a toddler. If you want to stay 150 steps from the beach, this is the unit for you.

Beach Staycation

We had a great time, because family time is always fun. The property was at a very close proximity to boardwalk and beach. We enjoyed our time at beach sunrise to sunset. It’s close to the action but also far enough between to relax and rest. As far as the property, it needs extensive maintenance, the air didn’t cool enough until the overnight hours, and even then there is a mechanism that makes a noise loud enough to wake you. It happens over and over again. By the 5th night I was use to it. The managing company sent over a fan, it helped but, three noisy fans can get to you after a while. Still it cooled just a bit. The furniture needs updating, the kitchen stools drop when you sit, one of the couches has a sink hole, you kinda get swallowed by it. The beds are hard and pillows are terrible. We got some bites on our body, not sure from what. The company said it wasn’t bedbugs, it was water bugs ? Whatever the bug, it was still a bug. Potty they haven’t kept it up, it has so much potential. They need to do a deep cleaning and give it the TLC it deserves. If the property was mine, I’d keep it up. It has great location, it’s spacious and very comfortable to be in with a family of 5 and a small dog. I hope it gets the love it deserves. If it did get all the boxes checked on the to do list, without a doubt I’d go back.

It was super clean and had plenty of towels, kitchen items, fans for the bedrooms, chairs, and an umbrella. One more fan for the 3rd bedroom and a few more beach chairs would have made it perfect for our group. There is a little wear and tear on the sofas and it is a duplex, not a single family building, but overall, we give it 5 stars. Excellent customer service from Val Gal employees. They answered my plentiful questions quickly.
