Number One - tranquility, views, walk to beach
NUMBER ONE - Comfortable family holiday home with views of Camden Haven River Spacious, modernised home with views of Camden Haven River. Fishing, swimming, surfing, hiking all within 5-10 minutes walk or drive. Pilot Beach and Wash House Beach 500 meters away, easy stroll towards the end of the street. Smart TV. Ceiling fans in all upstairs bedrooms. Free WIFI. Simply get away from it all and enjoy the tranquillity.
LAYOUT AND BEDDING Total beds 8 Upstairs: 2 Queen beds, 1 King Single, 1 Single Downstairs: 1 Double bed, 1 Bunk bed, e.g. 2 singles
THE SPACE This has been our family holiday home for more than 30 years and we are happy to share it with you when we do not use it ourselves. Upstairs features open plan living, dining and kitchen area with water views. Kitchen has a ceramic hotplate and Nespresso coffee machine. Down the hallway are 3 bedrooms, bathroom and toilet . Downstairs is accessible via the outdoor front stairs and has an overflow bedroom with a double bed and single bunks, perfect for the teenage retreat. Outside off the back deck is a separate laundry building with second bathroom with toilet and shower, washing machine and dryer. The back yard is fully fenced, has an outdoor entertaining area partly covered, two sun loungers, large hooded Weber BBQ, and green level yard.
SURROUNDINGS Local cafรฉs and shops are just a short drive away. Many rock oysters are farmed in the area, get the freshest seafood from the local fish Coop. Kattang Nature Reserve is at the end of the street with beautiful headland hiking trails, blow holes, view wild flowers in season and watch the whales migrate from May-Nov from Point Perpendicular. Collect shells from rock pools at Washhouse Beach and enjoy incredible sunset coloured skies. Pilot beach is a great swimming beach, also for laps as it is shelted. North Haven beach is patrolled in summer. Surf beaches are 10 minutes drive, try North Haven, Rainbow Beach in Bonny Hills and Middle Rock surf break in Lake Cathie
PARKING Parking is available on the driveway. Free street parking. The lock up garage is in use by the owners for storage and is not accessible to guests. Plenty of room for a boat in the driveaway, boat ramp is 5 minutes drive.

We loved our holiday at number 1. The house was comfortable and stocked well with all our basic needs. The neighbourhood was quiet and we loved being able to bike down to the beach. The washing machine unfortunately wasn't working however communication with the real estate was prompt.
We would definitely stay again!

Great house, with an awesome view of the water and oyster farm, Camden Head is a gorgeous place, and we will certainly came back. The accommodation was clean and spacious, great for our little dog, with a well secure back yard.Excellent communication from the manager, with lots of extra info about the Ironman competition, that we went up to see, so we were very grateful for that.Definitely recommend this property :-)

Great place and clean. Good views and a good place for summer as the place is FREEZING in winter. The heater supplied needs to be replaced with a bigger unit or multiple units. We enjoyed our stay here.

Plenty of space, comfortable, great views and secure back yard. All the facilities you would expect to be included and a few more. Some really good walking trails & not far to Laurieton, Nth Haven shops, cafes etc. Notice the house had been painted since last time...good to see the ongoing maintenance. Well organised by SOLscape.

Spacious, comfortable home, with view of water, easy access to great walks. Kitchen very well equipped, with plenty of dishes and food preparation needs. Fantastic shower with plenty of hot water. Enjoyed the outdoor area at the back, with laundry plus extra bathroom facilities too. Easy to find, easy check-in with lock box. Great Wifi. The 'revolving pantry' is a super idea. Thanks for a great getaway. Just one suggestion - a mattress topper on the single beds would make for a more comfortable sleep :)

Great location can walk to Pilot Beach perfect for families and fury kids as well
Great location near Pilot Beach , Beds all comfortable and linen supplied makes it so easy to travel with less to bring along .
And quality linen too with generous sized towels for each guest .
Full laundry with Washer and Dryer was a great inclusion as it was a wet weekend.
Ceiling Fans in each bedroom made the humidity much easier to sleep . As well as the inclusion of a Dyson fan and 2 fan Heaters to use in the living areas when the nights got cool . Heated the living space very well.
The only disappointment is that the downstairs bedroom area has no access to the bathroom . It had a very strong smell of dampness and obviously the amount of rain lately itโs understandable.
But was not a space that we felt comfortable using for Adult guests and teenagers in our group .
Bathroom access in the middle of the night would involve exiting the only entry and exit via a sliding door in the converted Garage entry .
And entering into the House via the front door . So a little awkward for nighttime bathroom needs .
The extra Shower and Toilet in the Laundry is convenient for a bigger families, but again not easy for Guests in the downstairs bedroom area .
Dunbogans Take Away Shop and Bottle Shop has been renovated great location ti grab Take away and Wine etc and bread and milk and other essentials rather than running into Laurieton.
As well as the Boat Shed just up the rRoad has great coffee and kids can feed the fish.

We holiday regularly in the area, normally staying in North Haven. This year we stayed in Camden Haven due to recent flooding. We loved the house and the location. House was clean, spacious with a great backyard and covered bbq area out the back. Close to beaches and beautiful walks.
