Our 2 bedroom Permanent Vacation! is the ultimate retreat, equipped with everything you need for a truly unforgettable experience. Enjoy stunning direct water views of Biscayne Bay and Heart island that will leave you in awe. With South Miami Beach just 3 miles away you can indulge in the sun and sand of Miami Beach, while still enjoying the dynamic energy of downtown Miami. It's truly the best of both worlds, giving you the ultimate Miami experience during your stay.

Please Note: Lobby Renovations in Progress

The building lobby is currently undergoing renovations. While the work is ongoing, full access to the building remains available—though navigation may be slightly confusing at times. All businesses in the lobby are open as usual.

To assist you, clear signage will be posted to help guide you in and out with ease. Rest assured, no noise from the renovations can be heard from inside the condos, and your stay will not be interrupted in any way.

Residential Swimming Pool is temporarily closed for necessary repairs and renovations. During pool closure period:

***The Jacuzzi, along with the remaining Pool Deck and Solarium, will be open and accessible during normal operating hours for your continued enjoyment.

***We are pleased to announce that, through our special arrangements, a limited number of residents and guests will have the opportunity to enjoy the Pool at the Marriott Hotel. We have secured a limited number of passes per day and will be offered on a first come first serve basis.

***Pool passes for the Marriott Pool will be available at the DoubleTree Front Desk, recently relocated to the RG Level in the Key Largo Meeting Room.

***Please note that the Marriott Pool passes are not personal and must be returned to the DoubleTree Front Desk after each use so they can be reissued to other residents and guests. This helps ensure fair and continued access for everyone.

***The number of available passes will be monitored and adjusted based on demand.

Located on the 10th floor and facing East, Permanent Vacation! is a 2 bedroom plus a bonus Jr. room, 2 full bathroom retreat that offers breathtaking direct waterfront views of Biscayne Bay and Heart island, and Venetian Marina, from its private balcony. With over 1400 sq. feet of living space, it’s the perfect getaway. Permanent Vacation! accommodates a maximum of 4 adults + children (15 years of age or younger).

As you step into this heavenly retreat, you will be greeted by a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you could need. With a Publix grocery store located 1/2 block away, cooking on vacation has never been easier. Don’t be worried about returning home with dirty laundry as there is a washer/dryer available.

Located off the kitchen, the interior Jr bedroom offers a cozy private space perfect for a child or a guest that wants a quiet escape. This room features a comfortable twin bed and no windows, making it an ideal spot for guests who prefer to sleep till noon. Although this room is not counted as a separate bedroom in the listing due to its size, it's a nice bonus space that adds extra flexibility to the sleeping arrangements.

The dining area is a highlight of this condo with its oversized table and chairs that can accommodate everyone in your group. The floor-to-ceiling mirror on the wall creates an even larger feel to the space. Across from the dining table, you'll find a convenient bar area with a wine cooler and sink, perfect for entertaining. The adjacent living room boasts a leather sectional and a 65" cable TV. However, you may find it difficult to tear yourself away from the incredible views visible through the balcony doors. The sparkling water of Biscayne Bay and the city skyline will leave you feeling like you're on a luxurious cruise ship.

The balcony is the perfect place to watch the stunning Miami sunsets or enjoy a romantic dinner under the stars. The comfortable outdoor furniture allows you to relax and soak up the sunshine while taking in the mesmerizing views. While entering Permanent Vacation!, you will find the second bedroom. It has a comfortable queen-size bed and cable TV. With its own access to the balcony, waking up to the stunning views of Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline is a visual you won't forget.

The second full bathroom is conveniently located across the hall from the second bedroom and is equipped with a spacious walk-in shower.

You'll find the master bedroom suite at the end of the hall, which spans the entire length of the condo, as The Grand is known for its spacious master bedrooms. The king-sized bed beckons you to relax and unwind after a night of dancing, while the 55" TV is perfect for catching up on your favorite shows and movies. Adjacent to the balcony doors, there’s a desk that allows you to work while enjoying the stunning views. The balcony is just steps away from the king-sized bed, offering access to breathtaking views. The roomy walk-in closet provides ample space to stow away your luggage and all the shopping bags from your Miami shopping sprees. There's a safe and a vanity in the master closet for your convenience.

The master bathroom exudes luxury with its floor-to-ceiling marble walls and elegant fixtures. It has both a bathtub and a walk-in shower, you might find yourself spending more time than usual getting ready for your night out in Miami!
