Spacious home with wonderful opportunity for relaxed family living at the beach. Excellent indoor / outdoor flow. Four double bedrooms, one with ensuite. Office could also be a bedroom if required. A two minute stroll to Coastlands beach or relax at home and listen to the sounds of the ocean. Double garage and all amenities for a couple, family or large group. Five minutes drive to the CBD or alternatively enjoy a stroll or cycle along the riverbank into town. Local Brewery and Cafe minutes away.
