Family Vacation

Very comfortable condos for a family vacation. Enjoyed the two restaurants, BBQ grill availability, sparkling clean pools and awesome snorkeling at the close by beach.

Perfect vacation spot

Wonderful stay. The property is perfectly located and well kept. Our room was beautiful and clean with a central location and a view of the ocean. Just as advertised.

Great stay

Napili Shores was excellent as always. This particular condo was well furnished and had a small ocean view from the patio, nice way to enjoy a morning coffee. I would recommend this unit.

Perfect family location

Our family had a wonderful trip to Maui and the location and amenities of the condo made it even better! We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the condo, comfortable beds (including both pull out couch beds), access to beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards, and the AC after long days spent at the beach. Hope to visit again in the near future!

Napili shores

Napili Shores never fails to deliver.Beautiful grounds and nicr pools, access to turtles next door and a beach. Restaurant is great for dinner...affordable. We have been coming here since 1985!

Napili Shores never disappoints us!

We have stayed in various units at Napili Shores many times over the past twenty years. This unit was well-supplied and very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend it. Great also for a family with young kids, too.

Napili Shores F247

This unit was comfortable and loved the Hawaiian touches. Everything that we needed was available, we only needed to buy groceries nearby. This is our 2nd time to Napili Shores and we love the vicinity to the best beaches. Thank you for the awesome vacation- we’ll be back next year!

Wonderful unit made for a perfect stay!

We were so pleased with our stay at Napili Shores and the unit met our needs as a family of four perfectly. Very spacious with great view of the grounds and of the ocean when enjoying the balcony. Both the master bed and the pullout bed were very comfortable Kitchen was well stocked and there was lots of great equipment (snorkels, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas) to use at the beach. Centrally located on property with easy access to restaurants, pools, beach, sunset viewing, parking etc. Highly recommend!

Wonderful!

Napili Shores is the best! Great location. Beautiful and well maintained grounds. Napili Bay is gorgeous. Awesome pools and hot tub. Nice having the Gazebo restaurant right there. The unit was very nice- well equipped, clean, comfortable, and relaxing. We will stay at Napili Shores again and would love to stay in the same unit again too. Mahalo for sharing your beautiful space with us!

Close to pool, BBQ, and beach with ocean view.

Napili Bay is vintage Hawaii at its best. This is our second I-Trip rental and both have been excellent. #247 is fresh and clean. “F” building is very close to the upper pool and spa and the BBQs. We like the 1-bedroom upstairs units for the privacy, breeze, and that we have a private bedroom while the 2 foldout couches sleep the 3 grandkids. Management responded immediately to a question I had. Relaxed family vibe, would definitely stay again.

Nice condo But terrible circumstances

This is a very nice condo in a great location. Unfortunately we were there when the fires hit lahaina and had no power or resources available. If not for the wonderful staff of the resort and restrauants we would have gone hungry. The owner and I-trip stepped up to the plate and refunded most of our booked money. ( many kudos) We have stayed on napili bay many times and would book this unit again. Our thoughts and prayers are with the womderful people of Maui! Many of whom lost their homes but still took care of visitors like us. The Wiesman family ❤️❤️❤️

Nice condo, low on amenities

The condo was nice, in a low key condo complex. Liked having the two restaurants (Gazebo breakfast is amazing!) and beach rental shop on site. Staff was friendly. Napili Bay beach is walking distance. Overall this area Fera more weather than other parts of Maui so beware (lots of wind and on and off rain when we were there in February). One complaint was they were doing a lot of work on the property when we were there - trimming/cutting down palm trees, draining and refilling the pool (so it was was closed for a day) which was a bit loud and inconvenient. Other main complaint was the unit had few dishes and amenities - no oil, foil, ziploc bags, beach chairs. Liked the two smart TVs though and bed was comfy!

Napili Shores Resort is Our Happy Place

This was our fourth trip to Maui, and this was our favorite condo thus far. The vaulted ceilings make it feel very open and spacious. We appreciated the updated appliances and bathroom, multiple ceiling fans, beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, air conditioning and number of sleeping options. It was great to have two separate pull out beds for our boys. We have stayed at Napili Shores Resort each visit. We absolutely love the location and the amenities (two pools, two restaurants, on-site water sports rentals, gas grills, laundry). The resort is always well maintained and boasts a beautiful Hawaiian landscape full of colorful flowers, and who doesn’t love being just steps away from the ocean? A new walkway brings you directly to Napili Bay beach where the bluest waters invite you to engage in swimming, snorkeling, sand castle building, sea turtle watching, paddle boarding and boogie boarding. It is close enough to Lahaina to find a wide variety of activities, restaurants and stores but just far enough away to feel like you are escaping the city. We are already looking forward to our next trip!

Nice condo, great location

The condo was very nice and had all the supplies we needed. It is managed by iTrip which was also quite responsive. The only slightly negative thing is the remote for the TV in the living room. It's very odd. We called the number iTrip gave us for help (they had helped very quickly when the internet connection didn't work at first). A man came after several hours to help with the TV. They had said he would be there sooner. We just happened to be there when he finally came. He was very helpful and said the remote is expensive and weird, he didn't know why they had it. But he showed us and we worked out the basics. Overall the place was great.

Smith F247 Napili Shores

The resort was a nice place to stay and the condo was well equipped with most of what we needed. The television was confusing to operate at first but after some effort we figured it out. Perhaps a short guide for those of us not used to the system is in order. The wifi worked erratically, would drop as you were on line. Couldn't get anyone to believe it needed attention until near the end of our stay when the router was replaced and then the system worked like a charm. I suggest putting beach chairs in the room. That has been my previous experience and is a common expectation. I would prefer to have a set price for the room and not have all the fees which I didn't understand listed. Overall, the experience was very positive.

Loved Napili Shores!

This vacation was everything we hoped it would be. The resort itself was quiet and well-maintained, the beach access was perfect and the suite came with beach chairs, cooler and umbrella - which made our stay very comfortable. The beds were really comfortable and my hubby was able to do a little work in the mornings with the wifi provided. The kids loved the pools! Would stay here again, for sure!

Great Napili stay

Clean and very comfortable. Easy access to the beach for great sunset views. We like to do our own cooking, so our only suggestion would be some bowls and storage containers, but if you mostly eat out you’d have everything you need.

Nice spot on Napili Bay

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is in the middle of large-ish, two-story complex above the bay. It's a short walk to Napili Bay. We arrived at 8 p.m. on Sunday and found the desk closed at 7 pm. But an attendant helped us and there was no problem. The condo was clean and well-equipped, including two beach chairs, boogie boards and snorkeling gear. We also appreciated that there was a supply of paper towels, toilet paper and soap available, so we didn't have to pick up every little thing. The complex is definitely family friendly. The balcony overlooks a large lawn where kids played games in the afternoon, which made it a little loud.... but great if you have kids. Overall, a great location and a perfect spot for exploring the coast line.

Napili Bay is Paradise

Maui has many fantastic beaches but Napili is at the top of the list. While staying at Napili Shores you have the choice of two pools or the Napili Bay beach. What more do you need?
