Beach Vintage - the quintessential 1960's beach house just 150m from Pearl Beach

Come and step back in time when life's simple pleasures were all we needed - balmy days on the beach, a ride on your vintage bike or an adventure through natural bush settings. Beach Vintage is the quintessential 1960's beach house, with all the modern amenities we love, and just an hour north of Sydney. Beach Vintage is located in a quiet street, only a short 150m stroll to beautiful Pearl Beach, local park, cafe and restaurant.

Beach Vintage is a 2 bedroom home with sunroom. There is a separate lounge, dining area and deck overlooking the yard, where guests can escape and relax. Beach Vintage comfortably sleeps 6 guests – 1 queen sized bed and two sets of single bunk beds. However, an additional two guests can be accommodated in our sunroom which has a double pull-out daybed. A fee of $25 per guest will apply for each person above the standard 6 guest booking.

Enjoy your own home cooked meals in our kitchen or a BBQ on the deck. Tea, coffee, cereal, milk and basic food items are stocked in the kitchen and available for use by our guests. Gas is supplied for the BBQ and wood for the combustion fire. Our house also has reverse cycle air conditioning for your comfort.

All linen and towels are supplied for our guests, with a separate laundry containing washer and dryer available for use. A separate bathroom with shower and toilet is also located outside for guest use.

Entertain the kids or yourself with a selection of board games, puzzles, books or some family fun on the Wii or Bocci on the grass. Four vintage bikes are also available for guests to use at their leisure.

Perfect weekend getaway

We had a fantastic 2 night stay at the Beach Vintage. Jen and Greg’s communication was wonderful and provided us with many ideas for our trip. The accommodation is even better in real life and Pearl Beach itself is just gorgeous. Would highly recommend this property for a family or friends getaway at any time of the year.

A quiet getaway

The property was very well presented and appointed with everything a holiday maker requires. Recently renovated and clean the house is in a great location close the beach and amenities, quiet and relaxing.

Perfect little beach escape

Beach Vintage is the perfect little house for a beach escape. Its in a good location with a very practical layout to allow easy beach living. It's clean and well set out with all that we needed. I'd definitely recommend and stay again!

Such a relaxing stay

Beach Vintage is such a cute property and perfect for a girls weekend - walking distance to coffee/restaurants, bush walks, beach. Pearl Beach also had everything on that weekend - opera in the bush, Sunday morning bacon and egg rolls and fresh fruit/vege market at the community centre. Hope to head up there more often x

Perfect family escape to the beach

This property is a lovely home away from home right near the beach. We had a wonderful stay as a family of 4 with 2 young boys. The house was clean and tidy and provided everything you would need on holidays. They really had thought of everything including the bikes with helmets and some toys to take down to the beach.Really easy check in and check out process too. Highly recommend!

Dreadful weather, fabulous weekend

We had a fabulous time away, despite picking one of the many weekends with torrential rain this summer. Greg was very responsive to our pre-arrival messages and the house was as beautiful as the pictures. It had everything we needed and the bikes were a lovely bonus.

Perfect holiday

Not only is the cottage flawless, but so are the owners. We found them to be outstanding in their contact with us and were helpful in every way. 5 minute stroll to Pearl Beach, the gorgeous cafe for breakfast ( Pearly's,) and fantastic lunches and dinners at Amalfi Restaurant - new owners are excellent along with the food! Just don't tell anyone else you are going - let's keep it our secret!

Fantastic house

Immaculately clean, cosy little house. Well provisioned kitchen and great water pressure in the shower. Really close to the beach and the bush. Awesome walks along the tidal rock pools. We even saw a big pod of dolphins. We had a wonderful time at this house. The little 4 year old prince loved sleeping in his bunk bed. Definitely recommend.

One of the best stays we've had in the Central Coast

We've stayed at many places in the Central Coast. This place was very special! The communication leading up to the stay was responsive and detailed. The location of the accommodation was only moments to the beach. The accommodation was incredibly clean and the furnishing and layout lovely. Do beware of the slight step up from the dining room and kitchen that is quite hard to see, where my partner stubbed his toe quite badly (he thinks he broke it). Despite this, a otherwise wonderful stay!

Perfect Beach House

A beautifully furnished beach house in an excellent location. The house was immaculate with comfortable and stylish interiors. Kids loved all the activities provided and we all enjoyed the slow combustion fire during the evenings. Only 1 minute walk to the beach and an easy stroll to the local cafe / restaurant. The weather was a bit rainy during our stay, so we really hope to return again to explore more of the many bush walks from Pearl Beach. Thank you for having us!

Perfect Beach Getaway
