Thank you for staying with us and for the kind words. We’re glad it worked so well for a big group and that you found it a great value; we also appreciate the honest note about the dated feel and will keep that in mind as we continue improving. We’d love to welcome you back again soon.

The host was great and quick to resolve a minor miscommunication during check in. The unit is very spacious and can accommodate a large family comfortably. However, it is not a true 6 bedroom as the other king bed is in the open on the entertainment floor where the bar is. The couch beds are probably not suitable for adults, but kiddos may be able to sleep on them just fine. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and some pans which helped with cooking meals. It is an older unit but worked out just fine for my family. We had a good time.

We also hear your comments about the bedroom setup and sleeper sofas, and we’ll make sure the listing details stay as clear as possible for future guests. We’re happy it still worked out well overall, and we’d love to welcome you back again.

Greg is an excellent host, great communication prior arrival. The condo is cozy and definitely room for the whole family! Would recommend for others going with extended family and need a place for all to fit. Really close to downtown and the Ruidoso Winter Park.

The entire condo was very worn and dated. The second outdoor patio had no furniture, so useless. The 2 pull out couches were not fit to sleep on (ended up sleeping on the floor) Even counting the pull out couches, could not come up with bed for 17th person. All couches had very little support (felt like you were falling through to the floor)We still had a great visit, primarily because we are a group that’s easy to please. Was wonderful that we all could stay in one place.

Thank you for staying with us and for sharing this thoughtful feedback. We’re sorry the furnishings and patio setup didn’t meet expectations, and we understand how important comfortable sleeping arrangements are for a large group. We’re glad you were still able to enjoy being together in one place, and we’ll be taking a closer look at the items you mentioned so we can improve the experience for future guests.

Great getaway

Great place to stay with plenty of room for the whole family. Really the only complaint I have is the house was so hot when we got there and it took it quite a while to cool off. Once it cooled off it was perfect for us.

Nice property with Space for All

This property had room for 11 people and with four levels it gave us space to hangout or be by ourselves. The pool is super close and you can walk to a lookout tower. While on the deck one morning, we saw deer. Communication was great and easy with hosts.

Thank you for your wonderful review! We're glad the property provided ample space for your group of 11, with enough room to either hang out together or enjoy some solitude. It sounds like you had a fantastic experience, especially with the pool nearby, the lookout tower within walking distance, and the deer sighting from the deck. We're also pleased to hear that communication with the hosts was smooth. We look forward to hosting you again!
