The main level features a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living and dining area with a gas fireplace, and a convenient half bath. Upstairs, two bedrooms each offer a plush king bed, while an open loft includes a full-size bed—ideal for kids or extra guests. A queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room brings the total sleeping capacity to up to 8 guests. The layout is perfect for families or small groups seeking a Park City vacation rental that truly feels like home. This comfortable rental is available for long term monthly rentals during the spring, summer and fall and offers air-conditioning for the warmer months.

Check-in is seamless with our “Direct to Condo” system—just complete a quick pre-arrival form to receive your personalized access code. Daily housekeeping is not included, but optional cleanings can be arranged with advance notice. No pets and no smoking, please. To get you started, a complimentary bundle of firewood will be waiting for you upon arrival. Should you wish for more, additional bundles can be purchased at the nearby grocery store.
