Located 1 hour from São Paulo and 30 minutes from Sorocaba, at Km 111 of the Castelo Branco Highway, with quick and easy access, it is situated at Estrada Municipal Marcilio Nogueira, 520, Água Salgada area in Boituva, SP.
The guest area features a spacious living room with a 55-inch TV, two half-baths, a living room, and a kitchen for breakfast, equipped with a 530-liter refrigerator, microwave, six-burner stove, breakfast utensils, and six suites with bedding and bath linens, as well as ceiling fans.
The recreational area features a 12 x 6 pool and a 3 x 6 pool for children. There are two refrigerators (with freezers), and coolers, a barbecue grill, tables and chairs, sofas and armchairs, a commercial kitchen with a side-by-side refrigerator, a microwave, a stone oven, kitchenware and dining utensils, and a mini football field.
