Enjoyable

Property was very nice and clean. Great location. Pool was very nice. A lot of amenities were included. (Rating for property manager- tried two different ways to contact prior to our stay and never received any reply). No contact with property manager.

Our stay was April 1–5 (not March 31 as currently listed), and overall we had a great experience. The property worked really well for our group of four—my husband, daughter, son, and me. It had all the amenities we needed, and we especially enjoyed having access to the pool on days we chose not to go to the beach. The location was a big highlight. It’s within walking distance (if you’re reasonably active) to groceries, a farmer’s market, restaurants, and shops, which made everything very convenient. We also found pickleball courts at Englewood Sports Complex just a short drive away and ended up playing there every morning. The neighbors were all very friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall positive experience. The only minor drawback was that the sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable for our son, but we were able to make it work.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again! Thank you for for providing a wonderful experience for us!

We're so glad the property worked well for your group of four, and that the pool gave you a great option on days you skipped the beach. It's wonderful to hear you made the most of the location—walking to groceries, the farmer's market, restaurants, and shops, plus finding those pickleball courts at Englewood Sports Complex for your morning games. So happy the neighbors made you feel welcome too. Thanks for sharing such a detailed, thoughtful review!

Clean/quiet

Some confusion with address/street, called to host for clarification- no answer and voice box full. After 30 min drive around find house. Overall clean and quiet location. Thank you.

We want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: -We are sorry for the issues you experienced when trying to locate the property. We have spoken to our host to provide helpful details on how to find the house. We believe that you tried to contact our host unsuccessfully; we advise guests to reach out to us personally if they have similar issues. -We're glad you felt the house was clean and the location was quiet. We know how frustrating it is when you can’t reach someone during your stay, and we apologize that Evolve’s communication fell short. We have increased our staffing to ensure we can respond promptly to guests moving forward. Thank you for your insight, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again soon!

Lemon Bay views are amazing!

The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect for us - close to both downtown Englewood and Manasota Key and thankfully no hurricane damage at all! The pool looked nice, but on the warm days we chose the beach. There is ample parking and a nice screened in porch with a beautiful view of Lemon Bay! The decor was dated and could use a freshening hence my 4 star rating. Our only other issue was finding the "front" door. You must pass through the screened in porch to get to it. The arrow on the far side of porch is not obvious to newcomers. We had a good week overall.

Was very clean and an amazing experience! So glad to be close to the water! But when trying to get in tough with the property management it was non existent. I had to contact the rental company and work with an outside manager just through email

Last minute booking

Excellent, glad we found this house for a last minute booking. Everything was close by, beach was down the road. Wonderful Café near by for breakfast "wink's old Town grill". The property manager was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had ! Everything worked, the pool was great ! Will definitely book with them again and would recommend for others to stay as well.

Convenient

The house was just a short, easy drive to several nice beaches. Get to the beach before 10:00 to get a parking place on the weekend. The beds were comfy, plenty of towels, and beach/pool supplies were GREAT! Plenty of kitchen stuff, but no large pot to cook a lot of seafood. Several good restaurants close by.
