Newly Constructed Luxury Villa! As soon as you step into Kyma Luxury Villa Townhomes you will experience a brand new home with exquisite, state-of-the-art features and stunning decor throughout. Kyma Luxury Villa #4 rents for a minimum of any three days. you decide how long you stay.
This magnificent town home is conveniently located at 104th Street in OC. Close to the beach and restaurants. This three bedroom, three full bath home features sleeping for your family of up to 10. The master bedroom features a king bed, bedroom 2 has a pyramid bunk bed with a trundle (double plus 2 singles), bedroom 3 features a queen bed and there is a queen sleep sofa in the living area. This home features a full kitchen, three full baths, washer and dryer, 2 assigned parking spots and WIFI.
Guest supplies sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish.
Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

Great for Families!

We went with two other families and their child(ren) and we all enjoyed our stay! The short walk to the beach was convenient and parking directly in front of the house was great for loading/unloading. The house was as pictured and about as clean as it gets for a beach house. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!

Short and sweet weekend

Perfect place for a group. The villa is perfectly located. Beach is across the highway. The bus is right in the corner, if you don’t want to drive and would like to enjoy the places of ocean city( downtown). I will stay again and recommend it to friends and family.

Convenient and Beautifully Kept

Rented the place for our son and friends and my husband and I! We took the bedroom on the 2nd level and gave the kids the 1st level (and the sleeper sofa by the kitchen). Tons of room for everyone! Building is located right at a light to cross to the beach as well as a bus stop for convenience. We discovered the beach bar at Ashure is a great spot to escape the kids! Unit was meticulously clean and well designed!

OC trip for Oceans Calling

Great place, clean, close to beach. Check in required to go to property mgt company for a key (door has code to use). Need to return key on way out of town. Seems unnecessary step. No shelves in shower for my shampoo or soap. Had to put on shower floor, odd Need to replace coffee carafe (broken glass), and toaster. Also for such a nice place should upgrade silverware (needs more) would not have enough if 6-8 people stayed.

No one even checked to see if he was ok

The villa was very nice when we arrived ice machine want working but that was one minor setback. But the trip was ruined when the shower door broke and Nico was cut up and needed medical attention. Greatful for the maintenance man Bill Kelly who directed us to a medical facility. The trip was for his birthday and he had to go home. I would like a refund

Above the Fold

For an area of Ocean City that is known to be a bit more run down and residential, this 3 bedroom, 3 bath gem was the perfect find for our group in mid-August. Ease of access to the beach, outdoor hose to wash off feet and the additional third bathroom were just a few key amenities that will keep us coming back for years to come. The place could have used better kitchenware, but if you're fine not cooking at home, then that's not a problem. Would absolutely recommend and can't wait to stay again!

Kyla Villa Beauty

We loved this place! It is absolutely beautiful, with modern decor. Short walk to the beach (just across the highway), walking distance to everything (grocery store, liquor store, restaurants). Our only comments…kitchen supplies are lacking. No bar glasses and no cooking pans so plan to bring your own. We did have to call propert management for minor issue and they were great…very responsive and friendly. I would definitely rent this place again.

Clean and great location

Property is new pretty clean great location within walking distance of a lot food and stores. The beach is across the highway. It's very modern open airy space. Loved the balconies and little small touches. Cons There are no curtains in the foyer which was pretty alarming especially since a bedroom is right down the hall and at night it seemed unsafe. They could use better pots and pans.

Nice

Nice place...right across the street from the beach. Wish the condo had beach chairs and umbrellas. There are also lights outside the property that are on until 11pm which can be distracting.
