A perfect place, like staying at a favourite old aunt’s house; tidy, clean, retro decor and it has all the amenities needed to be comfortable. Thanks Sabastian for sharing your little gem with us. Even my very fussy 88 year old MIL said it felt like home!!!

Pet friendly. Bedrooms were upstairs as was the bathroom. Comfortable beds and excellent bathroom with handheld shower which was much appreciated! Kitchen was equipped fine for an overnight. Only comment is that the picture used to advertise isn't of this property and had I known I may have looked for somewhere else. That said, the house was fine for us and the price was excellent.

We recently spent 2 nights at Sebastian’s place in Summerside. The location was great, in a quiet residential neighbourhood, easy walk to the waterfront trail and some good restaurants. The house/space itself was clean and functional. The beds were just adequate.. Upgraded mattresses, bedding and towels would have greatly improved our stay. It was priced fairly.

A beautiful home with everything that you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. Check in was super easy and the host was very responsive to any questions we had. It’s on a nice quiet residential street, in an ideal spot to get to the waterfront or the shops within minutes by car. We would definitely stay here again ☺️

Great location, 12 minute walk to downtown. Very clean and cozy home. There is an empty bedroom, so if someone had an air mattress you could technically have three separate sleeping spaces. Would stay again any time I’m in town!

Wonderful house. Everything you could need. Super clean. Plenty of linens. Comfortable beds. Great water pressure. 6 foot ling tub for me to soak in. Was here 3 nights, wish it was longer. Do not judge the home by the front porch ( which needs a little work). We used the back door since it has the parking pad anyways. The basement laundry was a bonus. Loved that both bedrooms did not get morning sun so we could sleep in, if we wanted. Super quiet neighborhood. Everything within a mile of this home.
