We’re sorry these concerns were not reported to us during your stay, as we would have been happy to send our team to inspect and address them. We would also like to clarify that what can appear to be mold around vents in oceanfront properties is often condensation-related buildup caused by our extremely hot and humid coastal climate. This is especially common when balcony doors are left open while the air conditioning is running, allowing warm, humid air to meet cooler surfaces inside the condo. Had these concerns been reported during the stay, we could have inspected the areas and addressed anything that needed attention right away. We always encourage guests to contact us when something isn’t up to standard so we have the opportunity to make it right. We appreciate you staying with us and are glad you otherwise enjoyed the property.

We're so glad your entire group—from ages 4 to 73—had such a great time and enjoyed the oceanfront location, pools, spacious condo, and the convenience of being so close to Barefoot Landing. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the key cards. We understand the appeal of keyless entry. Because this is a resort-managed building, key cards are required by the resort for security and to allow authorized personnel access in the event of an emergency. While that process isn't something we're able to change, we appreciate your understanding and are happy to hear it didn't take away from an otherwise fantastic stay. Thank you for your feedback. The “minor” maintenance issue being referred to has already been repaired. We do wish you would have reached out about any cleaning issues that warranted a three star review as we would have responded and assisted immediately. However, you never reported that while you were here. It understandably makes it impossible for us to hold our cleaners accountable and verify these issues if we find out about them afterwards and a review. Thanks for staying with us!
