From our time of booking we had great communication with the host. With easy to follow instructions for checking in and how to get in touch. The house itself was brilliant, and the view speaks for itself. All amenities were provided including the basic salt and pepper for our BBQ.Loved the view from the bathroom, and the under floor heating was a lovely bonus.Overall we had a fantastic stay and we'd definitely recommend it to anyone in the future. The only pre-requisite is to have a car, as the walk back up from town isnt a killer, its a bit much to do every day.
We were very impressed with the property. The view is very nice. Clean, well supplied with prompt and courteous service.

Beautiful views, great location and modern apartment
The views from almost every room are gorgeous, with a lovely patio and BBQ. Close to Queenstown trails and walk down into town was a bonus. Condo was really lovely, well-stocked with easy parking in garage downstairs. Aaron was a great host and responded super quickly. We’d definitely stay here again.
Fantastic property with views for days. Nice and spacious for our family of four. We loved lazing on the hammock and watching the gondolas. Host was a great communicator and super helpful when we needed to change our booking dates. Can't wait to get back one day.

What an amazing view! Loved the location & all the space, including the outdoor deck. Management was really responsive when we had a problem (that turned out to be nothing, but they came over anyway). Easy to walk down to town & Uber back up. Would definitely stay here again.
Perfect setting up on the hill overlooking Queenstown and the lake with surrounding mountains. Enjoyed the daily sunrises and sunsets on the patio. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and nicely laid out. Short drive into town or steep walk. Kitchen had everything we needed. Overall, a great condo and will definitely rent again.
Luxurious Apartment with Stunning views of the Remarkables & Lake Waikatipu
A luxurious apartment with all the mod con's you could wish for. Self-contained so you can cook up a storm in the kitchen. Extremely comfortable beds & a quiet complex. You cannot hear your neighbours. Our Host was very good with communication before sl& prior to our departure.
Amazing views define this property. Every time you turn around and look outside you mutter "Wow" under your breath. I was concerned that you would see the road, but all you see is an amazing vista. The property was spacious, modern, clean, and as advertised. We had a minor problem the first day and someone came over immediately and fixed it on Christmas Eve. Highly recommend this property.
Extraordinary in every respect. The views from the apartment, overlooking the lake and mountains, are stunning. The location is far enough out of town to escape some noise, but close enough to walk downhill for ice cream. It was spacious, with a well-outfitted kitchen, comfortable beds, and handy laundry. Loved the hammock on the terrace! Only thought is to add a privacy screen to the window between the bathroom and the master bedroom. Highly recommend this property!
If you want to wake up each morning to spectacular mountain views, this property delivers. Being high up on the hill, walking to and from the centre of Queenstown was a great work out and well worth it.
The apartment itself is clean, comfortable beds, kitchen with all the mod cons you need for a short stay.
Our only issue was that there is currently construction taking place within the apartment building, with banging commencing at 8.01am each morning. We were out and about each day so the noise didn't affect us so much but it would have been good to know this was happening prior to arrival.
Aaron the host was very communicative and replied immediately.
Would highly recommmend this property!
As good as the photos are - the actual view and location are much better. Sure, you can grab a hotel down in Queenstown (we did after our Milford Trek) but preferred this property to the hotel. We walked to downtown daily - an easy 10-15 minute walk - and most of the time took an Uber back. ($8 each trip)
I'm not sure which was better, morning coffee on the balcony as the sun lit up the mountains or the wine at night as the "southern lights" were nice enough to reflect purple hues upon the tops of the clouds. (we were lucky to see this).
It was misty, sunny, rainy and rainbows could be seen every few hours.
It's just a few hundred yards to several great hikes up in the hills overlooking Queenstown. After a mile or so hike, you can watch the planes take off or land from the airport and enjoy the fact that you are hundreds of feet above the planes as they descend into the valley airport.
Yes, you can stay at a hotel in downtown Queenstown and enjoy being next to the shopping and restaurants - or you can enjoy the extra space, the quiet, the views and the ability to lounge as you'd like on your balcony. I think the daily rate we paid was similar to our hotel, and when you add a couple of family members or friends with you, it's a far better deal.
Cant wait to get back.
