Your upscale Cottage on East Lake gives you all the privacy you need to relax. Enjoy beautiful vaulted ceilings with stylish modern decor. Minutes from all the fun of the pool, playground, tennis courts, basketball court, fitness centre and activity centre or relax with a glass of wine whether rain or shine on your covered porch.

2 Large Bedrooms and a 3rd Bedroom (2nd Floor Loft with a queen bed). There is also a sofabed in the living area. 2 Full bathrooms with showers in each one. 2 TVs with cable TV (1 in the master bedroom and the other in the Living room). Plenty of green space for your kids to play safely. 2 Full bathrooms. In cottage washer/dryer and dishwasher. 2 car private parking. Private Bike rack at cottage for your convenience.

The cottage has WiFi for your devices and there is a a 4 Burner Propane BBQ with gas provided. You are always ready to make a delicious meal inside or outside In addition, a Kuerig machine is in the fully stocked kitchen.

Best family vacation!

Wonderful stay overall. The location is perfect to go to the beach, enjoy a meal in town and kids having fun on the resort. Definitly a place we would go back to!

Great Getaway

We loved our stay! The cottage was in a great location within the resort and in PEC. We enjoyed the family pool and Sandbanks pass. Kitchen was well equipped and the AC was appreciated.

My family had a wonderful time at this cottage. The amenities were a big hit, especially the outdoor pool. The location was very convenient and close to the beach. The property is very clean, modern and functional. It has cute decorations and has a great supply of kitchen utensils, dishes, appliances, towels etc. We would definitely go back!

This cozy cottage was a good size for our family 6 and was well equipped. It was clean and cool with AC when we arrived. Having 2 bathrooms was very convenient. We enjoyed the pools and Sandbanks pass. Charming owners with fantastic communication.

A great cottage, host, and a great experience

An excellent experience. The cottage is cute, clean, wonderfull. The location is perfect for family, near Picton, Sandbanks beaches, and with lots to do around on the site (pool, hiking, lake activities: paddleboard, kayak, canoo; activities on the site: ping pong, basketball, tennis, shuffleboard, and more, movie night, etc). Jen and her husband we're very kind, present to assist us with anything we need, and very generous with their suggestions of activities to do near the cottage (restaurants and all). We we're six (2 adults and 4 teenagers), and we all had a wonderfull time!

We did like the location and the safe area. We also liked the cleanness and spacious place. We did not like the ladder up to the loft.(instead of stairs) It was never mentioned in the advertisement. and quite unsafe for seniors.

Très bel emplacement bien tenu. Beaucoup d'opportunités pour les loisirs. Appréciation spéciale pour la piscine pour adulte. Petit bémol: l'accès au loft se fait par une échelle ce qui n'est pas mentionné dans l'annonce donc moins intéressant pour personnes agées. Concernant l'accueil, sur 3 personnes lors de notre arrivée, aucune ne parlait français.

Peaceful family resort

We stayed at this cottage for 7 days with our kids and had a fabulous time. The cottage was perfectly equipped with comfortable bedding, kitchen tools, a bbq and even sand toys. The front porch was a lovely spot to enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day. Resort amenities are excellent and include two pools (one for adults), community fire pits, basketball and tennis courts, shuffleboard, a putting green , forest walking paths and bocci ball. We also had access to a pass for the provincial park. The cottage is very well situated - less than 10 mins from Sandbanks and close to town amenities and wineries. Jennifer was an excellent and thoughtful host. I highly recommend this cottage and can’t wait to return.

Very nice cottage and well equiped!

Cottage is nice, clean and was perfect for our family. It is spacious, and we appreciate the 2 bathrooms. We also liked a lot the fully equiped kitchen, including brand new cookware. Jennifer provided us all necessary information and more upon our arrival, and even reached us to make sure everything went well and we had a pleasant stay. We can only recommend it!
