Casa Del Lago, Waterfront spacious living.

Please be aware this is a Holiday Home and not suited to Workers Accommodation; from previous experience, a $150 cleaning fee may be charged if the property is used as such.
Located on the water at the beautiful Wellington East Marina, Casa Del Lago is a modern holiday home that sleeps 8. The house is fully self contained for your privacy. It is conveniently located a short drive from The Bend Motorsport Park & Tailem Bend.
Imagine being able to relax and enjoy this gorgeous location with your family & friends; soaking in the fantastic views of the Marina lake down to the River Murray.
It has quick access to the South Eastern Freeway & Princes Highway, and has all the modern conveniences for you to relax and enjoy after a day on the River, touring the area, or racing at The Bend Motorsport Park.
This fully furnished home has a large open plan area, consisting of a formal lounge, family room, kitchen & dining area all overlooking the water. It has reverse cycle ducted air conditioning throughout for year round comfort, and all linen & towels are provided.
There are 4 Bedrooms;
Bedroom 1 has 1x Queen size bed, with water views & en suite
Bedroom 2 has 1x Queen size bed
Bedroom 3 has 1x Queen size bed
Bedroom 4 has 2x single beds
There is a main bathroom, a laundry with front load washing machine.
The kitchen is equipped with a Smeg 900mm Gas/Electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge, & microwave.
The outdoor entertaining area is fully enclosed and undercover, and has an 8 person outdoor setting. The glass panel fencing provides unobstructed views across the water, whilst acting as a wind block when sitting outside. There is a bbq available for guest use. A cleaning fee will be charged if this is not cleaned suitably, after use.
The lake has a 4 knot speed limit, so bring the kayaks and enjoy some time on the water in tranquil weather. A modern jetty is attached to the property.
Please note the property is not fully enclosed, so unsuitable for children under 8-10 years of age, because of water access.

We had such a lovely weekend , the house was so comfortable and spacious, the access to water front was perfect for a boat and Joanne was so lovely and professional, even leaving a gorgeous basket of goodies for us on arrival. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely Easter and Anzac spent @ Wellington Marina

Great house on the edge of the mighty Murray, with all amenities that you could possibly need covered. We were welcomed with an unexpected welcome hamper that made us feel valued. Accompanied by the most beautiful sunsets it was a wonderful getaway only an hour and 20minutes away from Adelaide

This is a beautiful 4 bedroom house over looking Wellington Marina. We are a family of seven adults + a baby and we had everything we could ever need and for the first time enough seats around the dining room table to accommodate us. Every piece of furniture was comfortable and the design of the house was great. Thanks for letting us stay we will be back.

Prior to making my booking, Joanne was very helpful, she answered my questions promptly. We were extremely impressed with this property. Kitchen was well equipped and there was ample room in the lounge area for all of our guests. Property is very well maintained.

Amazing House in a great spot

Perfect place for group of friends

We are a group of friends that catch up each year for a weekend away staying at different parts of the state. This by far is the best accommodation over 7 years. Cleanliness, layout and location at waters edge were a standout feature. Just turn up with a few clothes and a bit of food and drink is all that is required. Visiting The Bend and Langhorne Creek wineries are just a short drive away. Owner very quick and efficient with any response to questions.

Fabulous home and setting

The house was just perfect,modern, clean and it had everything we needed. The outlook was just as perfect, looking out at water across the green lawn. Had a magnificent fire using the chimaera on the front lawn with lots of bird life to admire and listen too. We took a short walk to the ferry to get to pub on other side of river for a fabulous dinner. Host was very friendly and helpful. Definitely will be back with friends

“Hidden Gem in Wellington East”
