All linens are laundered at an offsite facility and new linens and towels are brought in for every guest's stay. The entirety of our housekeeping processes meet and exceed all CDC cleaning guidelines. If you have any questions/concerns, please reach out to our office for more information.

For your convenience: Our housekeepers will leave a check in packet with area information for you at the property. Also included at the rental are paper products, trash bags, dish soap and hand soap. Guests are asked to bring their own toiletries for their stay.

Wonderful cabin for our December stay. Clean, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen and room to spread out. We only wished there was more seating available in the living area. Communication and accommodations made by Milton & Furbish was above and beyond. We will look to stay here again in the future.

As for the past three years, I appreciated the top service from your agency. This year, however, I felt taken advantage of paying the same price for a property inferior to those we rented the past two years. No view and right on a road with lots of traffic ... seems like a property someone purchased on the cheap and fixed up for rental with minimum investment. It was my choice ... but the pictures didn't tell the whole story.
