A terrible bait and switch.

The property is overpriced and very run down. The town of Hopkins is absolutely awful. The people are SUPER nice, but that is about the only redeeming thing. The water is gross ( near river outlet) and they allow locals to stay in unused villas who stay up late. Make a ton of noise and have dogs running around begging. Many tourist expressed the same concerns and we saw many leave the property immediately. Some complained of theft from their rooms.
