Parking in downtown Lake Geneva is not free or easy but we have Free Private Parking. Downtown 1 block away. Walking distance to restaurants, the lake/beach, shops, nightlife and boat rentals.

Nautical A and Nautical B are right next door to each other, share same private parking lot for 11 cars.

Each house has big charcoal grill.

Nautical A sleeps up to 16 guests. Nautical A boasts six bedrooms , 2 dining rooms, living room and 3 full baths.

46 in flat screen TV. Second flat screen upstairs for the kids for game systems.

Nautical A (Blue house)– 6 Bedrooms (4 Queens, 5 Twins, 1 Full bed, large sectional sofa), 3 full bathrooms

Nautical B (yellow house) sleeps up to 17 guests. 6 bedrooms, 3 baths, and has a first floor apt (bedroom 6) on the main level but a separate entrance for privacy.

Private entrance to the first floor apartment with bedroom 6, main level of the home, a big hit with kids or if you desire privacy. This area has a full kitchen with full sized appliances - just imagine a rental with 2 full kitchens for preparing a holiday dinner.. - a great area for a few in the group that might like a little more privacy from the main home.

Nautical B (yellow house) 2 Kitchens - 6 Bedrooms (4 Queens, 5 Twins, 1 Full), 3 full baths.

We cater to bachelor / bachelorette parties., wedding groups, (Horticultural Hall half block away), large group our specialty!

Park your car and walk everywhere. We can park 14 cars privately plus plenty of extra off-street parking right in front of houses with no meters! Park overnight on the street right in front of houses if you need more than 14 private parking spots.

Winter is a great time to visit with Alpine Valley, Grand Geneva and Wilmot Mountain having some of the best skiing and tubing hills around, ice skating at Library Park right in downtown Lake Geneva, great cross country skiing at Big Foot Beach State Park and Kettle Moraine State Park and the Lake Geneva sledding hill just a few blocks from The Nautical Inn.

Autumn is spectacular with all the gorgeous foliage throughout the area. Apple and pumpkin picking, Oktoberfest weekend in downtown Lake Geneva and almost a weekend does not go by without a fall festival bustling in one of the surrounding towns.

Being a resort destination area and weekends being a premium we do not split up weekend nights; therefore, we cannot accept Saturdays as a check-in or check-out day unless approved in advance so please ask.

Refunds are possible if I can rerent the same time, terms and price with a small cancellation fee. You are reserving a house so please be sure but I will do my best to rerent if situations come up, I always want to try and help my guests. I want to have you back someday!
