Feel at home with this private self contained accommodation, warm spacious home set on seventy acres of tranquil country paradise. Unique and perfect place to relax, unwind, be yourself and enjoy the natural beauty that surrounds you. Comfortable Large sunny bedrooms with rural views. great spaces for relaxing.
Conveniently located, 35 minutes to New Plymouth and 15 minutes drive to horse trekking, beaches, fishing and about 10 minutes to the local store, cafes and takeaways.

Free wifi and large parking space. Fully fenced and child friendly so the whole family can enjoy being on holiday.
The kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and electric jug, stove top and oven, cutlery, plates etc. Large freezer available in basement. Cosy fire place for the colder months with child safety removable fence.

The flat screen TV, board games, pool table, ping pong and darts offer plenty of indoor entertainment. Feel free to use the washing machine and dryer provided and large clothes line with pegs provided.

Modern bathroom with shower and toilet with second toilet upstairs and second shower down stairs in laundry area.

Fish filleting station. There's also a 4 burner BBQ, plenty of space and grass to play on and farm animals to look at and if prearranged with host there is calf feeding (seasonal) duck and chicken egg collecting for fresh free range eggs for breakfast and feeding pigs on our neighbouring farm.

We practice sustainability and promote initiatives that care for our environment where we can.

Was the most amazing stay hospitality was amazing with fresh eggs and fresh milk on arrival. Host and Family were amazing and so kind. Definitely an amazing experience at the farm stay.

Hill Top Farm Stay

A lovely large home with plenty of room to spread out. Has all the amenities you would want including WiFi. Peacefull surroundings and close to North Taranaki attractions e.g. Three Sisters, Mokau Museum, back country roads with tunnels and places to explore.

Family Get Together

We arranged a family catch up from around the North Island and had a great time staying. The host Dawn was super friendly and helpful and arranged for us to bring the kids to feed some of the animals on the farm. The house itself was well sized and arranged with plenty of space for the kids to run around both indoors and out.

Awesome Experience

It was so cosy and well-equipped up on the hill with such a nice view. Ideal place for family relaxation especially with kids. Especial thanks to Dawn for the opportunity she has given our kids to get an awesome experience on her farm. They thoroughly enjoyed preparing and feeding cattle and patting them. We loved our stay and bank again for sure.

Beautiful Spot

Our farm stay was beautiful. Plenty of room for the kids to run around and the space down stairs was great kept everyone occupied. Beds comfortable plenty of blankets and towels provided and the fire place was amazing. Regular delivery of farm fresh eggs from the host such a nice thing to do. All in all we loved our stay everything needed was supplied couldn’t have asked for anymore. Thank you so much for your hospitality Jenny and Dawn 🙂

The place you will go again for sure!

This is our second time we have organised our family Christmas gathering over there. It is an absolutely beautiful place, plenty of activities and surrounding with beautiful mountain. We have been there 2 nights and we have enjoyed plenty of time with cricket, pool, table tennis and dart. Of course the evening BBQ made our stay delightful. Clean rooms, extra blankets and fans was made our stay more comfortable. Highly recommended, the host was amazing available any time on call and really helpful. We are looking forward to come back again this year.

Farm house stay

Everything was great. We were greeted, met the family, and were given fresh eggs and milk from their farm. The king bed was so comfy. The biggest draw back was the road noise. Due to hot weather we had the windows open so we heard a lot of noise from the highway.

The host Dawn was the best of best host we ever had in NZ Easy communication, honest information, flexibility, amazing knowledge, caring and very friendly host. All of us enjoyed the stay and the farm experience offered by Dawn was spectacular. kids really enjoyed feeding animals and picking the free farmed eggs. Absolute value for money and time and the homely feel is worth mentioning. We will recommend for everyone as a must do activity and we will definitely prefer staying again Lots of local attractions for all ages like Uriti tunnel, beaches, three sisters, caves, waterfalls likemt damper waterfall, lots of sites for trails and hiking , farm experiences etc Above all it is the super service of the super host makes this property outstanding

Recommend Hilltop Farm stay

Loved our stay it was so beautiful felt very homey, favourite place was the covered deck so nice sitting there in the sun! We had a blast downstairs with the games and overall definitely will be back again and have very good communication with the owner :)

Great place to relax.

Everything you need to just chill. The hubby n I just wanted something quiet to relax and this was perfect. The wood stove was cozy, the enclosed deck caught the sun and the mist in the morning made you feel remote and was beautiful to watch slowly evaporate in the AM. The farm was easy to wall and plenty of games on hand. Loved it.

The Farm house is the best!

We have chosen our annual family gathering in Farm house and we have been there for 3 nights, wow what a wonderful place it is! Clean and tidy rooms, living area, bathrooms, basement, also the gaming place. We had a evening BBQ and hours of cricket, pool, and table tennis. Owner always kept in touch with us and I will be recommending Uriti farm house as a great place for your gathering. Thank you very much for fresh bottle of milk. We will come back again.

Right from the start there was great communication with the hosts of the property.

Farmstay At Uruti

The property is located in a nice farm setting. Host Dawn especially was very friendly and warm. We really enjoyed our two day break here. The wood burner is excellent and its a very cozy home to chill. We loved it..... would recommend it to any family.... lots of bedrooms if you have a big family and lovely pool and ping pong table to play in the garage...
