Waller House is fully renovated with a relaxing feel. It is located in the heart of Ballarat Central and most cafes and hotels are within a short walking distance. More importantly Sovereign Hill and Her Majesty's Theatre and Lake Wendouree are all within a 2km radius.
This spacious light filled 3 bedroom home will suit groups, business travellers, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends.
House offers a newly renovated kitchen / dining area, large lounge with a super comfy leather lounge suite and 3 large bedrooms .

Bedroom 3: 2 single beds
All beds have extremely comfy pillow top mattresses and electric blankets. A great fit for a good night sleep.

Modern open plan kitchen/dining with reverse cycle air conditioning & heating. Ample storage, stone bench tops, dishwasher, oven, microwave & quality glassware & crockery.
