Convenient little place and a great value conveniently located close to West Queens West. Has just about what you need for a short and easy stay with all the basic amenities. Don’t be expecting the Ritz or to be prepping any gourmet meals. If your expectations in line you will very much enjoy this small little gem. The host was very welcoming and accommodating. This place will be very high on my list for my next trip to Toronto.

Great apartment, nice location
My spouse and I loved our time at this wonderful apartment. It was perfect for our few nights in Toronto. We were able to easily walk or take the street car to restaurants and events, then easily make it back to the apartment to rest for a bit before deciding what we'd do next. The apartment was very comfortable, easy to access, and we loved having our morning coffee on the little porch.

Quaint studio room, loud neighbors
As for the studio apartment/condo, it was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The only complaint we had about the apartment was that the bathroom was way too small. You could barely turn around in the shower. It is within walking distance of several restaurants, markets, and bars. It is not within walking distance of downtown, but Uber was less than $10 each ride.
The major downfall of this stay were the noisy neighbors. The apartment or condo is adjacent to several others and right next to the stairs. People were constantly going in and out. Anytime someone talked while they were coming/going, it sounded as though they were standing in our rental talking. That's how loud it was. We like to sleep in until at least 10am while on vacation, and that wasn't really an option with the noise level.

I am glad that you love everything about this one bedroom apartment itself.
The noise level when you stayed was higher than normal because it was on the holiday and New Year.
Your neighbor suite was the guest that came to Toronto for New Year Eve and New Year celebration. So they already asked my permission to have many people come by as they get together then went out to New Year Eve party and came back late also. I was giving the exception to have many of their friends came by only because it was for New Year Eve. and New Year time.
Usually the house and the suite are very quite like the review earlier mentioned.
I wish you let me know as I checked with you almost every day if everything is good. You only mentioned everything is going well. If you told me about this right away, I will definitely contact guests on your neighbor suite to warn them and it would have solved the issue for you.
As for this inconvenient I heard from you, I don't think I will allow many traffics go by again in the future.

Lovely quiet apartment
I stayed at Molly's apartment for a four nights just before Christmas, as I was looking for a quite place to stay to get some writing done. The apartment was perfect for this. It's elegantly furnished, and everything looks brand new and is immaculately clean. The apartment feels spacious (perhaps because of the high ceilings), so would be perfect for a couple wanting to explore Toronto. It's on the King St streetcar line, which is handy for downtown. The stretch of King St near the apartment is very quiet. The handy No Frills supermarket on the corner was closed for repairs while I was there, but there are lots of shops and restaurants a short walk away on Queen St, with lots of great indian and afghan food. Molly met me when I arrived, and showed me around the place, but otherwise didn't disturb me - letting me know that she was available nearby if I had any questions. Overall, I had a lovely quiet stay, and would definitely book it again!
(The only negative for me was to do with the VRBO website, which I didn't realize lists the prices in US dollars, and then converts them to Canadian dollars after you book, as well as adding in a booking fee, so the price was higher than I expected - but that appears to be a problem for all VRBO listings)

About the host

I am an outgoing, easy going and friendly person. I am a computer engineer and also an interior designer. Design and travel are my passion! I renovated, designed and decorated my space with my heart and soul so I hope you will love it too. I am so excited to welcome guests from all around the world!
Why they chose this property
My house is the Victorian style that close to main downtown core and the Queen St. West which is full of bars, restaurants and shops with short walking distance. You are close to all actions but far enough to be quiet and peaceful when sleeping at night. It is very convenient to commute to the house with or without a car. It is close to the highway which is convenient to get to the airport and convenient to get to core downtown to watch the Blue Jays game or visit CN Tower.
What makes this property unique
The suite is newly renovated, so everything is very new and quality products only I chose. And as you are staying in the house so it is more private like staying at your home with backyard and terrace than the high building with all the concrete.
