BEAUTIFUL! Amazing and spacious waterfront vacation home offering 4 bedrooms plus den with 3 full baths and sits out on a point with wonderful water views and glorious sunsets!! This family friendly unique property includes an annex bedroom above the garage with its very own entry and kitchenette and is just the perfect quiet space to enjoy added privacy while all staying together with family and friends. This home has it all including 2 kitchens with 2 refrigerators, central air conditioning, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 3 TVs, WiFi, gas grill and outside shower. Relax with friends and family sitting out in the open yard overlooking the bay with a fire pit and boat launch included! Two bikes & 2 kayaks w/ life vests are available for use. The kids will love riding bikes through the quiet neighborhood as well as the short stroll to the private beach. Plenty of parking for 6 - 8 vehicles. Pet friendly 50lb max with $250 pet fee per pet per week and owner leaves large dog crate. Awesome family vacation home to escape the hustle and bustle and recharge!
