Everything was great about this unit. The location is perfect! Has everything and the decor is beautiful. Beds are comfortable, the view is amazing, pool is heated! Thank you for helping us make memories!

Room had an odd smell. Not enough elevators for that size of a property. There was plenty of seating in the living/dining area but it was a tight squeeze. The pictures were deceiving as they made the living area look larger than it was. Ladder in the bunk room very rickety. That all being said it was well located and did the job for a long weekend

Great beach getaway

Really enjoyed the location and beachfront view. Unit was clean and had everything we needed for a great stay! Unit was clean and beds were comfy. We would definitely stay again.

It was altogether a beautiful condo with comfortable mattresses, except for the bunkbeds. Two of the three toilets run all day and night, but that wasn’t a huge deal. The kitchen is gorgeous and modern and has a ton of appliances which was a huge plus. Upon arrival, the master shower was stopped up and not draining - management sent someone very quickly to resolve the issue. This condo is on a corner of the building which made for a big balcony with amazing views. And we loved having the grill on the balcony. The condo is great and we would definitely stay there again.

Biggest complaint is the staff in the resort. Trying to get a cart is nearly impossible. Everything is locked up. Getting someone to the desk in order to ask for a cart was consuming. Be prepared to have over a valid ID in order to use a cart. On top of wearing resort bracelets, staff would not allow guest to open the gate for anyone coming off the beach. Staff would make sure each person put the gate code in. As if the bracelet alone doesn’t alert staff of guest staying at the resort. If one person in your group forgets a bracelet, lord have mercy you’ll be convicted to enter. Lastly do not park close to either line. You will get a note on your vehicle with a “warning”. Oh no. This was our 2nd year staying will not be back after this experience.

Family gateway!

This was a great property, all was very clean. The beds were super comfortable (that's a plus for me). Very spacious and great location. Only downside was the grill, it was very dirty and the its an electric grill, so very slow cooking. Overall it was great. Will keep them on my list of return properties.

Perfect for our crew!!

We had a great stay at Brolly Beach!! Condo layout was perfect for our bunch. Only downfall was that it seemed like the furniture was on the verge of falling apart! Also, balcony furniture needs to be more suited for kids and not barstools. Other than that we had a wonderful time and enjoyed the beach!!

Sterling breeze

It was a nice condo. Our biggest complaint was the elevator. The wait for it was long, it’s small and crowds easily. We had a large group so we waited much longer for a empty or nearly empty one to go up or down. The location was perfect for the fireworks show. We enjoyed our stay and the stocked kitchen. I would recommend this one to anyone. The condo was clean with plenty of room. The balcony was my favorite spot. Beautiful views and amazing sunsets.

Tin foil left in grill...dirty around it and on wall and utensils were on the floor.....drip leaking in the master bathroom sink called and fixed, dirty around washing machine.... piece of furniture was dirty......soap was so cheap so bring soap.....pictures looked better than place. Owners need to come and check their condo.

Unit looks more dated than the pictures imply. Water damage around master shower/walls, could use paint refresh. Comfortable living room furniture. Could use better pots/pans for cooking during your stay. Bedroom with queen and bunk beds has no door, the bottom bunk is uncomfortable/very loud when you move during sleep. Top bunk rail is VERY loose, wouldn’t put a small kid up there! Condo as a whole is nice, easy beach access, and nice pool. Parking garage tall enough clearance to allow our SUV with luggage rack on top.

Beautiful place. Loved the view. Plenty of room for 7 adults. The only thing I would ask for is, you should have a least two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, also two rolls of paper towels Every thing else was wonderful and beautiful. would recommend this place to all my family and friends.

Perfect stay in PCB

If you choose to stay in PCB I highly recommend this property. This condo was very spacious and clean. We had a great view of the beach from our property. The people staying at the condo were mostly an older crowd so very quiet and chill environment by the pool. Our only issue was with the elevators constantly breaking down. The location is perfect. The beach was not too crowded!
