Great Stay! Thank you!

We loved our stay at SULI. The property was perfect for our family (2 adults and 2 boys ages 5 and 8). The place was clean and spacious. We loved having the screened in porch so we could have all the sliding doors open. Kitchen was well equipped for us to cook for a family of 4. Proximity to the beach was also great with kids in tow. The property had a nice assortment of floaties and sand toys which we really appreciated. The pool was clean and well kept. We had a wonderful vacation and highly recommend this property.

Grace Bay/Suli Carpe Diem

Great location...walk-able to restaurants, beaches, grocery store, etc. Didn't need to rent a car. Had a wonderful time. Reason for 4 rating...in one of the bedrooms, a/c unit didn't work very well so bedroom was hot; shower door didn't close well so water leaked out. Other master unit...living room and patio furniture a bit dated; living room rug needs a bit of cleaning; couldn't get gas grill by pool to work properly; when we arrived noticed master bedroom sheets had holes in them and rust spots...was rectified quickly though by property manager but still first impression was damaged a bit; master bedroom sliding door needs repair. Don't get me wrong had a great time but attention to detail would improve rating.

Spring Break

The host of this property was very quick to respond to questions and was helpful. The newly renovated condo was very nice and roomy. We enjoyed our relaxing time in beautiful T and C and at SULI!

Very spacious and clean condo in Grâce Bay.

Normally I would stay at a resort or hotel but due to Covid decided to rent a condo. This was my 1st time to Turks and Caicos and Grace Bay. This place was perfect. The owner was helpful before and during my stay. Place is very clean and quiet.
