Located in central Victor Harbor, within easy walking distance to the major attractions, this stylish single-storey 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 living area courtyard home is the ideal base for your holiday.

The light-filled open-plan living space has blackbutt timber flooring, high ceilings and sliding door access to an undercover deck for outdoor entertaining all year round. A second living room also with sliding door access to the alfresco dining is perfect for extended family members or as a quiet place to retreat to.

The modern galley-style designed kitchen overlooks the front living room for easy entertaining with a long island bench, gas stove and dishwasher.

The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a walk-in robe. Bedrooms two and three have built-in robes and are adjacent to the main bathroom. There is also a separate toilet and laundry.

With ducted reverse cycle air conditioning throughout, all mod cons, and a sliding entrance gate, this property is a very comfortable, secure and easy space to inhabit. There is a workspace with a desk and comfortable chair so if you have to work while you are on holiday, you’ve got a great space to do it in! Of course, there is fast NBN WiFi, two big-screen TVs and the added bonus of Netflix!

Guests have access to the garage as well as parking for another vehicle behind the sliding gate.

The property has 1.6M high colourbond fencing all round, fence is 1.6m height with 135mm when the electric gate closed between gate and fence. Your well behaved pets are very welcome inside.

Extra Guest Charge:
Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply $22 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.

Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $44 for 1 night.

You have booked the property for a certain number of people (as specified on your booking). If you would like to have extra guests stay at any time, please contact us in advance. We will advise if this is possible and, if so, the additional cost.

Our cleaners plan their daily schedule for the number of guests booked in at each property. If undeclared guests stay, the rate charged retrospectively will be double the standard rate.

Smoking Fee: $200

Please take note that this does not include any amount to any damages that you may incur if you violate any of our house rules. We do not allow parties, events and smoking at the property.
