The place was smaller then we expected. It was nice , well decorated. Netflix was good! I saw a BBQ in the pictures and there was not one. I was a bit disappointed wanted to grill when we were there.

Refreshing Visit

We loved our time here. Incredible to be that close to the village and still have peace and quiet on the patio. Hosts were easy to communicate with and provided lots of detailed info. The unit is nicely styled too. Would come back again!

Disappointing communication

We were disappointed with our stay, primarily because of the lack of communication from the host. During our visit, a few issues came up that we reported through the Expedia app messaging system, and we also replied to the iTrip email asking how things were going. Unfortunately, we never received a response through either method, which was frustrating and made us feel unsupported during our stay. The problems actually began before we even got into the unit. The address provided in the iTrip email was incorrect. The email directed us to 4355 Northlands Boulevard, when the correct address was 4335 Northlands Boulevard. As a result, we wasted time trying to access the wrong parkade and couldn't understand why the access instructions weren't working until we realized we had been sent to the wrong building. When we finally arrived at the correct unit, it was incredibly warm inside. There was only one fan available, and because two of the windows would not open, there was very little airflow, making the unit uncomfortably hot throughout our stay. We tried opening the windows to cool it down, but the living room window wouldn't open at all, and the bedroom window was extremely difficult to open. The bedroom window screen was also halfway off the frame, so we had to prop it back into place ourselves. Although the fireplace was turned off, the pilot light seemed to be giving off noticeable heat, which likely contributed to how warm the unit was. There were also a few smaller maintenance and housekeeping issues. One of the wine glasses was already broken when we arrived, and the toiletries provided in the bathroom were extremely small. There wasn't any conditioner left, which was inconvenient when washing our hair. While these maintenance issues were disappointing, our biggest concern was the complete lack of communication. Had someone responded to our messages or acknowledged our concerns, many of these issues could have been resolved or at least explained. Instead, we never received a reply through either Expedia or email, which left us feeling ignored and unsupported throughout our stay. thank you 12:34 PM

Great Whistler Village Ski Vacation

Our first time at Whistler and very glad we stayed here. Easy check-in and check-out and within a very short walk to the villages for restaurants and bars as well as a not so bad walk to the lifts with ski boots. The condo was clean, well stocked, and we would love to come back next year

Beautiful, quiet, cozy condo

Very nice condo in beautiful setting. Walkable to everything - shopping, restaurants, and both Blackcomb and Whistler gondolas. Plenty of trails and green spaces to walk dogs. Condo was nice, clean, and parking super convenient. Would definitely stay again.
