The Blue Whale Cottage- Beautiful Views and Hot Tub

This property has 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, all one level. Hemlock Gazebo with a metal roof just built for the hot tub. Propane fire table provided. Beautiful views and a large bright space for your friends or family. Across the street from the Sea Caves and restaurants, 10 minutes from the Fundy Trail entrance, it’s a prime location. Enjoy watching the tide fill the caves and completely empty from every room in the house. Equipped with a heat pump, you’ll be comfortable any season. While this cottage is all one level, there are steps leading into the cottage. While it’s spacious, it is probably not a a good fit for those with mobility concerns.

We had a great stay, Blue Whale Cottage was spotlessly clean and well equipped - everything we needed for our break. Great communication, with plenty of information given before we arrived. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend if you want to spend some time in the Bay of Fundy/St Martins area.

This property surpassed our expectations! Loved all the extras like puzzles, games, robes, plenty of towels. Cozy coastal decor. Hosts were friendly and accessible during our stay. We loved Blue Whale Cottage! It was spotlessly clean, light-filled, comfortable, and cozy. The decor was lovely with local touches and we felt immediately at home. Communication with Becky was excellent. It was clear in many ways that she wants to ensure that her guests have a wonderful stay.

Perfect Ocean Getaway

The Blue Whale was the perfect backdrop for our gals trip long weekend! This home has everything you need, spectacular views, and excellent proximity to shops and restaurants, as well as the Fundy Trail Provincial Park. Love the covered hot tub for rainy days!

Whale Cottage was great!

This was our second stay with Cave View Cottages here in St. Martins. It was a great house with modern comforts and a super location. We’ll be sure to visit again!

Great place in the perfect location

We loved it from the moment we pulled in the driveway right till the last minute. Its location, the views, cleanliness, attention to detail. I mean theres a private hot tub! Everything we needed to feel perfectly at home was there and Becky was always just minutes away if we needed anything.(Thanks for the extra box of Kleenex) This is not just a place to stay. Great stay!

The Blue Whale Cottage did not disappoint. We only wish we had booked for longer. Our kids spent hours each day exploring the caves and bay and never got bored.

Lovely spot!

We had a great stay at your place! It was clean, well stocked with all the kitchen doors labeled. We had local coffee waiting for us as well which we quite enjoyed! We even completed your challenging wooden cat puzzle! Thank you for helping us make great memories with our kids!

Beautiful place and excellent location

We just loved the Blue Whale! The location was amazing, seeing the Sea Caves and watching the tide from the rental was just fantastic. The hot tub was a favorite too and the robes were a great extra touch. Everything was perfect. We grilled and cooked meals in the unit and having the Caves restaurant so close was wonderful. We bought scallops at Spinneys seafood market - they were delicious! We also had Lobster Rolls for takeout. Very yummy! Huttges was a great place for groceries and meat. Beds were super comfy and the host let us use a cot which was also comfy.

Nice vacation spot

We enjoyed our stay at this property in St. Martins. It was clean and enough space to suit our needs. No issues with check-in/out. Great views of the Sea Caves. Took a little longer than we expected to drive to get to some other sights but we saw as much as we could! People we met in town were friendly and helpful with tips on the area.

Relaxing and scenic

My family stayed at the Blue Whale Cottage July 30-Aug 8, 2023, we had perfect weather, beautiful scenery and made memories that will last for a lifetime. So many day-trips are available and we took advantage of it! The caves, the food, the tides, and the hot tub…we highly recommend! Becky was friendly and provided tips and responded to questions quickly.

The Blue Whale is amazing

the cottage was perfect, the owner was excellent and gave extra attention to our special requests, the location and view were great. The hot tub was the icing on the cake. Highly recommend this property. If I had to find a negative, the beds were soft, but that is purely personal preference not a reflection of the cottage.

Revitalization Getaway

We were in the Saint John area to tidy up some estate business and wanted a quiet place to relax and unwind. Needless to say, we found it. The unit was tidy and well equipped, never mind the bonus feature of the hot tub.

Amazing view of caves

I just loved being able to look out the window at the caves & have such a short walk to the caves. It was great to have everything at the house for a family. I wish we could have stayed longer. Uno & puzzles were perfect for our rainy nights! My kids loved lounging in the robes!
