Thank you Ashley for your kind words! I’m glad you enjoyed the house. We understand parking can be a challenge for some guests, but the driveway fits two large vans, and in front next to the tree, another vehicle can be parked. While large trailers won’t fit on the property, we try to provide options like nearby marina parking, as mentioned in the listing. We’re happy you had another solution for your trailers and hope it didn’t impact your stay, appreciate your feedback and hope to host you again!

From the owner: "Thank you so much for the positive review!"

From the owner:We’re very sorry, Judith, for the issues you encountered. When you contacted us at midnight, we offered to resolve them in the morning and tried to reach you multiple times but didn’t hear back before you left. We would have resolved the issues if given the chance. We have monthly pest control service and ask guests to keep doors closed to prevent bugs. We aim to make guests stay enjoyable.

From the owner: "Hi Jan, thank you for sharing your feedback and for noting the positive aspects of your stay. We'd like to address the concerns you mentioned:- Due to an unexpected situation with our previous lawn service provider, we experienced a temporary delay in yard maintenance. We’ve since partnered with a new company, and the yard is now fully serviced.- The air conditioning issue was addressed within 24 hours of your report. While we always strive to resolve concerns as quickly as possible, please note that our HVAC partners are unavailable for non-emergency maintenance calls during overnight hours. We appreciate your patience as we worked to get this resolved promptly the following day.- We were happy to offer you an early check-in and provided updates throughout your stay to ensure you were informed. We truly appreciate your understanding and are glad the rest of your experience met expectations. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to host you in the future under improved circumstances."

We're so glad to hear that the home’s spacious layout and easy beach access helped make your grandmother’s 90th birthday celebration special. The homeowner was surprised by your comments and wanted to share the following:- We never rush through cleanings and actually spent extra time preparing for your stay, especially knowing your background in vacation rental cleaning.- We're sorry to hear you encountered cleanliness concerns and wish you had mentioned this during your stay, as we would have addressed them right away.- The home is on a lakefront, and if the backyard doors are left open, bugs may enter despite our routine pest control services. We’re committed to improving with every guest's input and appreciate you sharing your experience.

Hi Chris, we’re happy to hear that you enjoyed the convenient access to the water for your fishing trip—it’s great to know the location worked perfectly for your plans! We’re sorry to hear about the issues you encountered during your stay, we would like to clarify the following:- We apologize for the confusion regarding the door code due to the property management change. Evolve is supposed to send an updated email to all future guests with the correct contact number. We have reached out to Evolve on this and it is now rectified.- We contacted the cleaning team to investigate the dish cleanliness issue, as this is not typical of the home’s cleaning standards.- The BBQ grill is inspected, it is functioning well but due to the hot weather and being outside all the time - the knobs deteriorated a bit and which might have caused you the inconvenience, and these are being replaced now.- Regarding the leak under the sink, we’ve scheduled a repair to address the issue so that future guests won’t experience any maintenance problems. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve the experience for future guests. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts, and we hope to provide an even better stay next time!

We're so glad you had a great time and found the place clean and easy to find! Thanks for sharing your experience!
