Two perfect en-suites, one with a separate tub and standing shower, the other with a spacious standing shower.

The suite was comfortable and worked well. However, I did not realize it was directly by the cafe. Perhaps I missed it in the description. We are early risers so the noise was tolerable but it is something to consider.

The pool hot tub and cedar barrel sauna were fantastic. The room/condo was incredible. Clean and spacious with two queens and a king sized bed. Perfect for staying with two teens. Host was quick to respond and friendly. We will definitely stay again.

I booked room 1 day in advance and sent three messages to the host but did not get any reply. 5 minutes before checking in I called and he took the call. I check in instructions sent exactly at 4 PM check-in time plus a little bit later. It seems that host was surprised he had a booking and he asked me what room did I book. I did get the information and checked in a little bit after 4 PM About 30 minutes later somebody came knocking on the door saying I haven’t finished cleaning the bathroom and we said we already have our luggage in the apartment. So please do not come in when we’re not here. He abided by this, but we still have some dirty spots in the bathrooms and waste baskets, not emptied. Regarding the unit, it was on the basement floor/ground floor, which had a little bit of a musty smell to it, but not overcoming. Beds were nice. The next issue was the hot tub. The Jets did not work at all. The tub was warm as it should be, but there was no jets so that needs to be fixed and I told the manager of the building it needs to be fixed. Then finally the biggest issue occurred today between 8 AM and 8:30 AM with workers renovating apartment above while we were sleeping. Loud hammering and demolishing high powered saw cutting metal & drywall totally woke us up which is not what I would expect for paying over 500 CAD I think it’s fair to receive a 50% refund as a result these issues plus sleep time being interrupted
