Es ist ein großes Haus mit vielen Bäumen auf dem Grundstück und einem Pool mit Massagedüsen. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, sondern eine Fußbodenheizung, die kühlt. Auf dem Balkon kann man gut sitzen und essen. Der Grill ist eine Plancha mit Gas, was wegen der Trockenheit angemessen ist.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, entre journées bien remplies au festival d'Avignon et repos au bord de la piscine. Le gîte est idéalement situé au calme, à 10 minutes à pieds du village. Nous nous sommes régalés. Nous recommandons vivement!

très belle maison pour héberger uie famille ou amis jusque 8 personnes. dispose de tout ce qu'il faut, serviettes, chaises, vaisselle en suffisance, une belle plancha au gaz sur la terrasse près de la table. espace ombragé en suffisance et piscine idéale avec des enfants. bref en tous points conforme avec l'annonce et propriétaire très sympa et à l'écoute si problème (dans notre cas une porte posait problème, il est venu dans l'heure). une adresse à garder pour son rapport qualité/prix

Rustig gelegen woning met privé zwembad

In het huis was alles voorzien zoals beschreven. Het ruime zwembad werd regelmatig schoongemaakt door de eigenaar 's morgens vroeg in alle discretie. Verkoeling vind je onder de bomen die rondom het huis staan. Binnen kan de temperatuur wel wat oplopen want er is geen airco. Basisinkopen doe je in het dorp dat te voet bereikbaar is.

Chouette maison, je recommande!

Chouette maison, on a tous passé un très bon séjour. Seul bémol, la 4eme chambre (celle de trois lits) n'en est pas une, mais un passage aménagé, sans placards, ni portes pour s'isoler des lieux de passage. Pas de soucis je pense si vous y logez des enfants, mais plus compliqué à vivre pour nous qui étions quatre couples...

Très belle et grande villa. Isolée des voisins pas de bruit, literie impeccable, frigo américain, très apprécié en cas de fortes chaleurs. Maison fraiche malgré les 36°. Piscine superbe. Manque des transats. Propriétaire et la personne qui nous a réceptionné très sympathique

La maison est conforme à l'annonce, très propre, le propriétaire n'était pas présent à l'arrivée mais la communication avec lui était très sympathique et la personne qui nous a accueillie très agréable et disponible. Tolles Haus - gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes Haus. Netter, unaufdringlicher Gastgeber. Alles läuft sehr unkompliziert. Urlaub den ganzen Tag. Toller Pool in sehr gutem Zustand. Wasserqualität ist hervorragend und wird vom Vermieter alle 2-3 Tage geprüft und ggf. verbessert (z.B. neues Wasser, Abschöpfen von Partikeln usw.). Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig. Das Grundstück ist toll angelegt und man findet immer irgendwo Schatten. Liegen gibt es reichlich. Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr komplett. Einziges Manko: die in der Beschreibung angegebene Klimaanalage gibt es nicht. Das Haus ist aber sehr gut wärmeisoliert und wenn man am Tage die Fenster und Läden schließt und nachts lüftet, ist es auch bei über 30 Grad Außentemperatur drinnen immer gut auszuhalten. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist ein Schotterweg mit einiger Steigung (aufwärts oder abwärts, je nach Anfahrtsrichtung). Aber wir sind immer gut zum Haus gekommen. Claude ist ein netter Gastgeber und steht auch bei Fragen via Handy zur Verfügung. Er spricht nur Französisch, aber mit einem Online-Übersetzer haben wir alles gut hinbekommen :-) Die Region ist zur Hauptsaison sehr voll. Aber mit dem Haus und Pool hat man immer einen tollen Rückzugsort. Im Ort gibt es einen guten Bäcker, Obst und Gemüse und eine Apotheke, die auch Covid-Tests macht. Supermärkte erreicht man in 10 Min. mit dem Auto, Die Restaurationen am Ort haben wir nicht genutzt, sollen aber auch prima sein. Alles in Allem: Absolute Empfehlung! (es sei denn, wir wollen selber noch mal buchen ;-))

Idéale pour passer de bonnes vacances

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette grande et magnifique maison. Le calme et la tranquillité sont au rendez-vous. Le terrain arboré est un endroit propice à la sieste et la piscine équipée de bains à remous permet d'accéder à la détente absolue. Lieu idéal pour se retrouver en famille ou entre amis. sans oublier l'accueil chaleureux du propriétaire.

Maison au milieu des arbres et des cigales

C’est une très jolie maison facile à vivre au milieu des arbres. La piscine ( plutôt grand bassin) est particulièrement jolie oùon apprécie son bain de bulles. Elle est très bien équipée en vaisselle .

Une belle maison très bien équipée et très au calme à 5mm du village par un chemin agréable. La piscine superbe et relaxante avec son bain à bulles . Au milieu de la verdure et des cigales le repos et roi . Une jolie cabane dans les arbres pour les enfants balançoire et table de ping-pong . La plancha super pour les grillades. Et les propriétaires super sympa et toujours disponible . Je reserverai pour l'été prochain Vive les vacances

A superb house in a delightful setting

From the first moment we were welcomed into the property by Claude, we knew we were going to have a fantastic week - a large, extremely well equipped and tastefully decorated villa with a beautiful garden and a superb pool with jacuzzi. The photos of the property are good on the website, but the villa is even better in real life. The property is a short walk down the hill to Chateauneuf de Gadagne, a small but very pretty hilltop village 12km from Avignon where you will find all you need. Claude also very helpfully pointed out local supermarkets in the area (max 10 minutes drive). We loved the American fridge and ice maker, the abundance of kitchenwares, the sound system, TV and of course the BBQ on the terrace. We spent most mornings/evenings having breakfast or dinner at one of the large tables either on the terrace or in the secluded garden which offers views through the trees to Mt Ventoux and offers a good mix of sunny and shady areas. During the week, we (5 adults and two kids, 13 and 11)) enjoyed trips to Arles, Les Baux, L'Isle sur la Sorgue, Pont du Gard (a swim in the river below the Roman aquaduct is unmissable) Chateauneuf du Pape, Bonniere (Luberon), and Avignon. Thank you again Claude for an excellent week! Highly recommended and we really hope to return soon!

VACANCES DE REVE ...

Nous étions 2 couples et 4 enfants de 4 à 14 ans et la maison semblait avoir été conçue pour nous. Un espace nuit pour chaque couple et ses enfants. Un très grand espace de vie pour tous. Les adultes ont apprécié la spacieuse cuisine : très agréable de pouvoir cuisiner sans se marcher sur les pieds tout en ayant un regard sur les enfants. Les enfants ont adoré l'espace salon-salle à manger qu'ils se sont d'ailleurs approprié ! Quant à l'extérieur … Un très beau jardin fleuri, des transats invitant à la sieste, une jolie piscine avec un jacuzzi, des jeux pour les enfants (balançoires, vélos, cabane dans un arbre) : que demander de plus ? Après une année de travail particulièrement difficile, j'ai vraiment apprécié le calme, l'environnement immédiat de la nature (une pensée pour l'écureuil du matin) tout en étant suffisamment près du village pour ne pas avoir à prendre la voiture systématiquement. Et puis le propriétaire est vraiment sympathique : il nous a conseillé de bonnes adresses et il avait même prévu des boissons fraiches pour notre arrivée. Nos vacances ont été très réussies et nous n'avons qu'une seule envie : revenir l'année prochaine. Alors merci beaucoup Monsieur Zanetta : votre gentillesse et votre maison ont largement contribué à la réussite de nos vacances.

Villa idéale pour des vacances idéales !!

Séjour de 2 semaines passées à profiter de la piscine (plus grande en vraie que sur les photos), de la terrasse ombragée, du barbecue... Toutes les pièces sont vastes, très bien équipées et décorées avec goût. Aucun vis à vis, calme absolu, bref nous étions tellement bien dans cette villa que nous en sommes sorti que pour faire les courses ! En plus de ça les propriétaires sont très accueillants et symphatiques, alors je recommande vivement !!!
