This is probably the best condo we’ve stayed at in PCB. Everything was great from check in, to comfort, to a not overly crowded beach, while still being close enough to everything. If you’re looking for the perfect place this is it. Oh and the BEST balcony which sold us in the first place!

The owner was very easy to work with. All directions were easy to follow. The condo was very clean, there were plenty of towels, the kitchen seemed to be well stocked (although my husband and I only ate breakfast in the room). It was nice to have the free beach chairs and umbrella set up by the beach staff although we still took our own beach chairs that could be sat closer to the water. Paige and Mark, the beach staff, were very nice and Paige came around every once in a while to make sure everyone was okay. Several of the condo owners told us that they try to be strict on not allowing people to play loud music and not allowing obnoxious drunk people which we very much appreciated! There’s not a ton of parking, so just plan on parking across the street and walking over - it’s very easy. They also added two new elevators, so there are four elevators now which worked well! Overall, we loved it, and I would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect location. I travelled with my family and younger kids. I was a little concerned what the crowd would be like being that it was spring break but this area was very family friendly. The location was perfect. The beach was beautiful and the views from the balcony were magnificent. I wish we could’ve stayed longer. The communication with the host was fantastic. She responded quickly to my messages. I eve. Let her know we got down early and we were able to check in early. The place was stocked with everything we needed! Highly recommend!!

Amazing location, quiet, end of the beach, beautiful view of the golf, centrally located across the street from Mike’s seafood restaurant, 1 mile walking distance to Thomas’s donuts. Kitchen was well stocked balcony is enormous with plenty of furniture to accommodate everyone. Great beach service.
