Very Nice Condo

The condo seemed to have been recently updated. It was very pleasant, clean, quiet and the location was convenient to birding sites and the beach. However, some upkeep needed attention: several of the vanes of the vertical blinds were broken where they attach and held (not well) with tape and the throw pillows covers on the sofa needed washed or replaced. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

The condo we rented was decorated beautifully and appointed with everything you could possibly need. The owner called to check in with us and even suggested a short beach trip. It was centrally located. Just a short walk to the beach, the pool, groceries and other attractions. Hope to go back soon!

Lovely well stocked and appointed condo in quiet development 2 blocks from beach near heart of Cherry Grove. Host Manu and his family/team were gracious, responsive and made my stay one of the best VRBO experiences I've ever had!

This condo on the 1st floor was just as described. The kitchen was stocked well with all of the items from home, also offering the choice of single Keurig brew or a full 12 cup pot of programmed brew, always a delight to wake up to! The balconies, both front and back offered comfortable seating to relax with coffee or beverage. The back balcony off the bedrooms was my favorite to watch the turtle families basking in the sun. A very short walk (.25) to beach allowed for daily disposal of trash and recycling along the way. The pool and hot tub hours are 9 AM - 11 PM and a very short walk across the parking lot and down the sidewalk which is visible from porch. There is a BBQ station along the same path to pool. Communication with owner was expeditious, thank you Manu for your prompt replies! Thank you for sharing your home! I would have no hesitation in recommending this unit to friends and family traveling to Cherry Grove!

BEWARE: Great Time is Imminent

Over 6 years ago, our family of 5 stayed at Shorehaven as a gift for being the top in my sales organization. We were there the year before as well. We loved it there and so did our children. Well, since then, my direct sales company of 10 years had closed down and I transitioned into a new company. I advanced my business at the end of April and was gifted an amount of money to pick anywhere to go. I had remembered Shorehaven so I decided to go to VRBO (a retail partner through my company) and couldn’t believe I found Manu’s condo! We booked it for our now family of 6 and counted down the days! The day before we received a very welcoming text and email. We are more than impressed with the friendliness of the owner and property manager, location and cleanliness of this property. The kitchen had all necessary appliances we needed, and the beds were amazing. It was nice to have two blow dryers in both bathrooms for all 4 of us girls. It was also great waking up to the sun breaking through the blinds and having coffee on our balcony. We will never forget the sound of nature and the sites of the turtles in the creek behind us. Nice, clean place it is just as it is listed. Owner is very nice. This is an HOA a lot of retired people. if you rent a bicycle you have to store on balcony which means taking it up stairs every time you go for bike ride. The location is not just steps from the beach it is a short walk to far if you take a lot of stuff. The only complaint I had was the queen bed was hard as a brick.
