Large U shaped dock, fully landscaped property with ample parking and Bass Lake Roadhouse at end of lake, accessed by boat or car. Kids will love the on property beach, Fort, large sandbox and 2 swings.

Our grandson loves the sandbox by the cottage, his Fort and the large beach area we have by lake. There’s so much fun to be had up here and areas to go to for all ages. We have a private screened gazebo/bar, seats 8, at the waterfront that has a 3rd fridge in it. Perfect to sit in and watch the boats go by or to enjoy a thunderstorm. 2nd fridge in mud room in the cottage.

The bar at the waterfront is a perfect getaway place for adults to play games, look at the stars, have a few cold ones and stay bug and rain free.
What makes this property unique
Very child friendly, satellite tv also has Netflix, Crave, prime tv and YouTube channel
